Description

The listed Gulfhof was built in 1774 and regularly renovated in recent years. He is in a very good condition. It is located in Nessmersiel and he is only one and a half kilometers away from the beach.

The apartment has (about 200 m²) on the ground floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a cozy living room. Separately on the ground floor are two bedrooms with private baths. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Since the family is allergic toanimal hair with us, we only rent to guests traveling without animals.

There are four bedrooms with 10 beds. A cot can be provided at any time at that.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with three beds. You have a wonderful view of two rooms in the garden.
Upstairs has a bedroom with a double bed and the children's room three single beds.

In the kitchen you can turn on the stove, to log into the Internet for free or relaxed ostfriesische recipes to cook, while their children play in peace in large Gulfhof.

In Karnhaus (pantry), you can make your stroller, the dirty rubber boots, the wet suits and can leave their food stocks. Place is there.

The farm (4 000 m²) has a large garden located in the city, which they use on their own. Your children can climb in the apple trees, swings at the chestnut, while basking in a deck chair. Or playing football together, balancing on the Slageline or play in the children's trailer. There is room for everyone and everything.

The farm was inhabited until 2011 and has since been rented out as a holiday home. We spend about eight weeks a year, the owner family, our holiday here.
