Updated waterfront home minutes to beach with patio & deck views - dog-friendly

The place had some mold issues in the tub, but I guess that is south Texas when the temp and humidity are over 90. Had a musty smell and again, the place was closed up, and south Texas will do that. There were some other issues, but I did not bring them up to the property manager to address, so it is not fair to put them here.

Nice and clean! The pool was nice to cool down from the heat. Definitely recommend! Bring your own dish soap & laundry detergent since those were the only noticeable items not provided during the stay.

This was a very nice property for the price. Was located out away from Port A and North Padre. Nice quiet little community. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice house perfect location, but needs some attention. Many leaks, door and windows. When it rains water comes in the house, wall and floors get super wet. Lots of ants.Issues with the wifi from day one, it was in and out every day. Dryer takes forever to dry, I recommend the dryer vent. You can see from outside that it is clogged.

This is probably our 4th time renting this place . And it’s always a great experience. We will definitely be back again

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our weekend get away!

This rental had it all.

At first we thought this house was great find. It was easy to book and all the necessary info was provided ahead of check-in. The location was nice as it’s just a mile from a beach access road, which is super helpful when driving to the beach.  Additionally, the pool is just a couple houses down and can be seen from the balconies.  Unfortunately, the main drawback for us was that there were ants all over the main level of the house (the first level above the garage). They were on the stove, in the cabinets, on the plates/bowls/cups in the cabinets, in the microwave, in the coffee maker, coming up the drain in the bathtub, on the countertops, on the dining table, and on the walls and floors. We were constantly cleaning & killing the ants.  We put ALL food, including non-refrigerated items (chips, crackers, dry pasta, etc) in the refrigerator the first day to help deter the ants, but they were still everywhere. You could not make a cup of coffee or anything to eat without ants swarming! The worst part was that we notified the property manager of the issue upon arrival, including answering their initial questions for more detail and sending pictures, and they did absolutely nothing. They just stopped responding! We also read in their on-site guest book that ants were a prior issue as well, so this was not a new issue. This house could be a great option for Port A / Corpus Christi, but I would definitely NOT rent this house anytime in the near future as it looks like the property manager/owner have no intention of addressing the ant infestation.

the house was a complete disaster from day 1 we had gallons of water pouring into our home for days on end which eventually lead to shorting out the upstairs electrical supply and killing the A/C it was 90+ degrees inside the home for days. management was less than helpful when it came to a possible refund the house was literally falling apart everywhere do not i repeat do not waste your money with this company

The home was clean and nice view from the balcony. We enjoyed cooking on the charcoal grill. The two bedrooms share one bathroom.

Wonderful stay for a beach vacation. Kiddo and dog enjoyed spacious rooms. We had everything to stay comfortable. Convenient 5 min drive to the beach. Family gives a big thumbs up.

The house is clean, I loved the decks, and the sofa is very comfortable. A/C went out our first day there, and owners took care of it really fast (Thanks!!). Had a lot of fun in the community swimming pool, short walk from the house. One the thing to be aware of - there is NO BEACH ACCESS by foot. All the other communities in the area have everything gated off, so you will have to drive to the beach, but it's like a 1/4 mile, so it's close.

The house was great. Very clean upon arrival. Vacasa was great about checking in. Location was close to the beach. House had everything we needed.

Quiet area with close access to beach road. Nice comfy house, love the beach decor. Love setting on the deck in the morning and evening.
