INDOORS

Walk into a property that delivers bright and open space. Once inside the newly remodeled kitchen connects to the living room and dining room. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and new cabinets and countertops. The kitchen is amply stocked for all the meal preparationyou will need. Located off the kitchen is the front patio with a patio table for four. A perfect place to relax and enjoy morning coffee. In the living room, sofas provide ample seating to enjoy your favorite movies or sports. Located next to the living room is the dining room, featuring a six person dining table and couple of large recliners for relaxation.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom offers a king size bed, dual night stands, large closet, 55in. SmartTV, and en-suite bath. The bath features a walk in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 both feature queen bed, dual nightstands, 46in. SmartTV’s and large closets. The guest bedrooms share a hallway bath, featuring dual vanities and a walk-in shower.



OUTDOORS

The small but cozy yard features a three burner natural gas BBQ, a six person outdoor dining table for you and your loved ones. The fire features are perfect for the colder nights, and warm in the six person above ground spa. Community pool is located 20 yards from the home. The community pool is not heated during winter months.



THINGS TO DO

This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage, 1 mile to The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away.



RULES

No Smoking, No parties. Small dogs under 30 pounds are considered with photo approval, $250 pet fee. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
