NEW FOR 2026 - 4th bedroom and 3rd bath primary suite with sitting room! Very close to the bike path yet on a quiet side street in a lovely neighborhood. Ideal location for exploring all that Edgartown and the Vineyard have to offer! The first floor has a lovely kitchen that opens to the dining area. There is a living a room with TV which opens to the outside deck. There is also a full bathroom with shower on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The third floor has been professionally updated and decorated in 2025! It has a bedroom on one side and TV area / additional space for kids on the other side. The stairs to the third floor are steep. Home comes equipped with many extras - 3 TV’s, indoor and outdoor games, beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis and pickleball rackets for use at the neighborhood tennis court (less than a 5 minute walk from the house), 3 bikes in fair shape, 2 additional brand new bikes included in rent! Grill out on the gas grill and relax on the deck with family and friends after a beautiful day at the beach.
