Beautiful home with new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring, new windows, and located on a quiet dead-end street that is just steps from a walking/running path along the river. The Tri-State airport is about 10 minutes away and Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds and televisions in both bedrooms and WiFi is available for guests. Stayed Oct 29, 2021This little house felt like home away from home! It is super clean and decorated so nicely! I loved the neighborhood, I loved the front porch swing, I would absolutely stay here again. The host is super responsive and very easy to work with.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023Very cute, clean, well stocked property just as pictured. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We stayed here while our daughter visited Marshall-much nicer than being in a hotel. The neighborhood is in an older area of town.

Stayed Jun 12, 2023This is a 1940 very charming home, with a personal feel. Our Dog loved the fenced in yard. We will definitely rent this little Beauty again.

Stayed Sep 18, 2021Very warm and cozy. It was the perfect distance from downtown Huntington and Harris park. We even went into Barboursville to shop !

Stayed May 7, 2021We stayed with our 2 dogs for the weekend and the house was very well decorated and it was clean. The owners had all necessities ready for us. The neighbors were very nice. We really enjoyed the walking path next to the property. A very dog friendly environment . We will definitely rent it again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Would like to thank Joseph for creating a cozy and a clean environment for a perfect getaway with my girlfriend! We enjoyed every single day of our stay! Perfect quite location just steps away from the river. Quite and friendly neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the house.
