The Park House A 5 Bedroom Retreat w/Game Room &

READ IN ENTIRETY! House was wonderful. It had a beautiful front porch for evenings. It had plenty of rooms for the family. Bedrooms were spacious. TV in every room just about. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen was very modern and well stocked. Parking was plentiful. Host responded quickly BUT failed to resolve issue of cleaning. Two bedrooms and one bathroom were missed in cleaning process. An apology was issued stating they did a deep through cleaning and option for full refund to find other dwelling while there. No option to get maid service to fix problem or refund cleaning fee. We loved the house BUT I HAD TO CLEAN THESE ROOMS. WASH LINENS FOR BEDS. SCRUB SHOWER, TOLIET, AND SINK PLUS MOP FLOOR. I might stay again if upon arrival I found 100% of house as it should be. Makeup on pillow case, Apple Watch, leather belt on floor by bed. Kids toys on dresser and on floor, things under vanity in bathroom.

Very well maintained property. Centrally located with park & the university. Loved it!! Would absolutely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very charming, clean and comfortable. The location was great too!

Beautiful place, loved the decor and home away from home.

This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for a large group. They have everything in the house that you would need. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very quick to respond. We will 100% be back!

This property was great for our family. We were in town for a tournament at Marshall, and the location was very convenient. Having space for our dog in the rear fenced yard was very much appreciated. The house itself was very clean and spacious, and our favorite part was the front porch!

The home is located in an attractive and safe neighborhood. Everything is as stated in the listing. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The fenced in backyard allowed us to let our dog run loose instead of taking her out on a leash. The location is close to several stores and restaurants. The host is super nice and very responsive. It was definitely a 5-star experience!!

Great place to stay while in Huntington! Will be back for sure

Everything was perfect! The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 10

We were in town for visit with college/high school friends. We had 2 couples and a dog. Completely updated beautifully. well stocked kitchen. Lovely Linens. Host was great at communicating. Love this house.

This house is not only beautiful, but also so comfortable and well equipped! The location is quiet and convenient to anywhere in the Huntington area. The hosts are wonderful and very consistent communicators! Hoping to stay here often in the future!!

Beautiful well kept property, newly renovated, great hosts, no place else I would stay in Huntington.

Outstanding house! We loved everything about the space. Well stocked, beautifully arranged, very comfortable.

My family had a wonderful time staying at the Park House. Everything was there that we needed (other than groceries). Rooms were very spacious and clean; able to accommodate all 10 of us and we didn’t feel crowded. Absolutely loved the pool table. We had a lot of fun teaching the younger kids how to play. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Had a wonderful time at this location. Front porch was very relaxing.

This property was the perfect place to gather with family for a visit. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The attention to detail made for a great stay. Look forward to staying here again.

Terrific old home, totally renovated, roomy enough for a large group. Better than we expected. Walkable to lovely parks, short drive to restaurants. Thanks to very accessible hosts for suggestions. Nice work on this offering. We all loved it.

The property was perfect for our families to meet for a family reunion. There was enough space for all 9 of us and we never felt crowed. The communication with the host was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The house was beautiful, with all of the touches to make us feel welcome. We will definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful 1920’s home tastefully updated. Great space, spent every night on the front porch telling stories. Met some neighbours and overall great experience. Responsive host, great amenities, plenty of parking, and lots of room.

8 people, 3 generations, room to gather and to hang by oneself. Beautifully restored home, spacious rooms, well-equipped for our 6-day stay, close to the park for daily dog-walking (yes, it's pet friendly!). Hosts were exceptional in communicating with us and responding promptly to questions and problems. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a first class, worry-free stay in Huntington.

Very nice house. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts were attentive and friendly.
