We had a great vacation. The house was clean and comfortable. When we had an issue it was handled right away. Lots of beach chairs and towels to borrow.

We stayed here while in town for a friend's wedding. The property was beautiful and we were very comfortable! Tyler was very communicative during our stay and we enjoyed the use of the golf carts and bikes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Many spaces to hang out -- beautiful screened in porch with comfortable furniture, spacious living room and dining room. The kitchen is very well-supplied with pans and cooking gear, though no ingredients save for salt and pepper. Tyler was super responsive to problems and prepping for the tropical storm. Thank you!

Parts of the home are a bit dated and the kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we expected (only had a small amount of salt/pepper, little Saran Wrap, no foil, oil, napkins,etc). We loved having access to the Shoals Club, that’s a huge bonus of this property.

Our family of four 100% enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Plenty of room, well-equipped and easy to get around. The property managers were fantastic — courteous and very responsive. Thank you for a memorable holiday weekend!

From our first trip to BHI, we were hooked. This was our fourth trip on the island and we had a great time. The house is nicely appointed with a nice big kitchen table (perfect for our Italian meatball dinner with family), ample seating and really comfy beds. The selling point was the double bunk beds for us; my kids had plenty of room to spread out. Barbara and Tyler (property management team members) were very attentive and made sure that all our needs were quickly met while on the Island. Tyler even mailed us our missing beach towel we accidentally left in the dryer when we (unhappily) had to leave. Farewell BHI...until next time!

Made a last minute reservation for my family ranging in ages from 42 to 9 year old twins. House was plenty spacious for my family of 6. All the basic things we needed were available for use. 2 golf carts available which was a plus!

We had a great week on the island with a very responsive host! The house was clean and I’m the center of everything. We will be back for sure!

We had such wonderful extended weekend getaway with friends at Villa Umi! The house is exactly as described (even more spacious than some pictures depict). It is very clean. The beds seem mostly brand new and are decent. It comes very well stocked with all sort of very nice beach equipment: very good condition backpack chairs, 8 or so nice beach towels, beach toys, life jackets, 2 umbrellas, even a cooler and beach bag! The kitchen is also decently stocked for cooking meals. Does have Keurig style coffee maker along with a standard one. Paper products and toiletries to get you through the first 3 days or so if the house is at max capacity. Bath towels for at least 1 set per person. Full size washer and dryer that works well with supplies for 3-4 loads of laundry. 2 golf carts that were a bit older and a little beat up but get the job done. 4 adult bikes. It is about a 7 min golf cart ride to multiple, nice, not as crowded beach access points with easy cart parking. About 7 min ride to the market and restaurants in that direction. About a 5 minute ride to the Marina. Great central location! I would note that it would be closer to a 15 min or so ride to Shoals Club if you elected to get that membership (we did not). Great house for a great vacation!
