If you have older family members This is not the house for you the stairs are tooo much and my 8 year old slipped down the stairs coming from the pool

Close to town, restaurants, ferry and very short drive to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home rates as one of the nicest we’ve enjoyed. General home: very clean! Comfortable. Good closet space. Kitchen: efficient, most amenities included, dishwasher did not clean very well, however it may have been our detergent choice. Beds: comfortable, nice linens. Baths: good; fluffy towels. Rental Company not at all intrusive but available always if needed. A few negatives: a “desk” type piece of furniture would be helpful located somewhere in the house. An occasional chair(s) on second floor in game room would be good place to sit. I realize we were here during the winter and stayed over eight weeks. Many of my negatives probably aren’t an issue if only staying a week.

Nice views of the canal and preserve. The pool was fantastic especially since the beach had tar balls on it :( We ended up just chilling at the house instead of returning to the beach, which was a short drive r 25 minute walk away. Great wifi for a work call, too. They had plenty of toilet paper, but only a small container of dishwashing liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets. Would highly recommend!

It was so clean and with an open floor plan. There’s not any houses behind you to give you a little bit of privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was amazing! We’ll definitely book this house again!
