Stayed Jul 5, 2025We were a party of a few families staying together. The location was great. It was very convenient to get to the Dennis beaches. Go early to get parking on weekends. The outdoor pool/ cabana/ bar/ fireplace area was amazing. Though it's a 7-bedroom listing, the bedrooms are spread out in three separate units on one property, so it was a bit confusing at first. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through, so there was no privacy. The common areas felt tight for a large party, especially the kitchen and dining room and some of the bathrooms. The house had everything we needed, but not everything worked well. Foran Realty was very responsive to our requests though.Overall, the house met our needs, but is dated and worn compared to similar listings.
