Lovely home plenty of space. Yards need tidying. Great position if you are playing golf.

We found this property perfect for our extended cherry picking weekend. Very clean right through, very comfortable beds, exceptionally crispy clean sheets, automatic light in corridor and bathroom, even heated floor in main gf bathroom. We can easily recommend this house to anyone who wants to travel with a large group. We will be back next year !

Wonderful spacious modern home, perfect for our gathering of friends over 3 days. Great quiet location just a few minutes drive to the centre of town. Also a very pleasant and easy walk to many of the cafes down town.Every detail had been seen to that helped us have the best time. Kitchen is a real centrepiece of the property and very well appointed. We particularly loved the Butler’s Pantry off the kitchen. Coffee and tea was in plentiful supply, Two fridges were a great asset.Bedrooms were quiet, clean, with comfortable beds and spacious.Outdoors we had several areas to use; pool, gardens and BBQ area. All in all a perfect spot for our brief holiday in Orange.Highly recommend this property. Lisa was extremely helpful and very responsive to our queries.You will not be disappointed.

Great for family gathering.

This was a perfect place for our group’s stay in Orange. We had a mix of adults of all ages and a couple of children. So much space for everyone to have an amazing weekend.

Very roomy house. We had 17 stay very comfortably. Huge pool, only wish it was warm enough to swim!

This house is perfect for large gathering, everything has been thought to make your stay enjoyable. the house is modern super spacious and the garden is huge. the kids had a ball playing in the pool and with the table tennis. Highly recommend for big gathering. the only small downside was the overall cleanliness, it looked clean but when you look closely the house really need a good full clean (there was lipstick marks on coffee cups, dirty mugs stored with other clean one, old chewing gum under the sofa and lots of dust in the bathroom extraction fan amongst other things) . Not a deal breaker but for the amount we pay we would have expected a spotless place.

We were a group of nine friends staying in Orange for a weekend to cerebrate a big birthday. The house is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. It was spotless and very well equipped with everything needed for a fun weekend with good friends. Great pool, well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, wine glasses and essentials etc. Lisa is an amazing host and so responsive to all questions or any small issues we had. Even popping in on a Saturday afternoon to check a light switch.

The house is huge in a very secluded spot, that is close to the shopping area.The house has everything that you would need on a family holiday.The heated pool is also a feature, and the children had a great time due to the size and depth.The backyard was big enough to have a game of cricket.The town has a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants that would suit all tastes.Overall an enjoyable holiday stay 5/5.

The space and cleanliness of this property is outstanding. Our 4 small families fit perfectly with room to spread out when needed. The huge kitchen island bench was most ideal as well as the butlers pantry and extra fridges - made meal times easy. A shame the lack of communication by the property manager lets this rating down - seemingly picks and chooses when to respond. Did not reply to my message for weeks. Was quick to say we could not arrive 30mins early yet it was ready to enter. Whilst she notified us of the tv not working upfront (which we fixed ourselves) she did not care to address our requests during our stay to have the bathroom lock fixed. We arrived to ants swarming all over the front door/verandah and no mortein in sight - again a request she ignored and we went out purchased spray and cleaned up ourselves. A few suggestions I did not have a chance to mention as there was no communication, replies or follow up about our stay - fix the main toilet door lock so we don’t have to stand guard with a house full of people, fix the 2nd oven (not working), set the channels on the tv (another thing we spent time fixing), include a new sponge for every new occupant (yes bought that ourselves too), have instruction manuals available to operate items in your home (especially air con) also have extra plates for larger groups such as ours and blankets for cool weather. The house is wonderful but communication and attitude is also important.

We had such a fantastic stay here in Orange. The property was presented perfectly, easy check in instructions and great communication with host. Plenty of space to gather as a large group and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for different times of the year. Would definitely recommend this accommodation or stay again in the future!
