The Space:

The SoLa TX Twoplex is a recently renovated duplex, designed to provide groups of family and friends with a fun and memorable stay in the heart of Austin.



★ We will definitely book this location again. Private and peaceful for the family. We loved it.

Each unit has its own full kitchen, dining, and living room, with plenty of space to hang out and relax.



★ They even had baskets of fuzzy blankets—we loved it!



The backyard is packed with amenities—two of everything! Two pools, two firepits, two ping pong tables, and plenty more. Each unit has its own private deck and backyard area. You can keep them private or open the gate between them to make it one combined space.



And even though you're tucked away in South Lamar, you're still close to all the action Austin has to offer!

When you book a stay at the SoLa TX Twoplex, you'll have exclusive access to everything the property has to offer. You and your group will be the only ones on the property.

There are six parking spots on the property, three for each unit. There is no nearby street parking.



🔑 You'll receive a personalized key code to the property about an hour before check-in. The code opens the front doors to both units.
