Two Story Historic District Row House on York St!

Property is very well situated close to major points of interest, resturants and shops

This was the perfect place for our family of 3 to stay a few nights in Savannah. We felt very safe and were always able to find a parking spot on the road out front (it's easy to obtain a multi day parking pass). We were concerned about safety booking sight unseen but you need not worry! The pictures do not do this place justice. It was so quaint and perfectly decorated, well stocked and immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The upstairs stays much warmer than down but the ceiling fans are definitely sufficient. The claw foot tub was a fun feature. This home may not be appropriate for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs but that is the only problem I could see. We loved the historic feel paired with the simple interior design. We also loved sitting on the couch and watching the trolleys and horse and carriages ride by! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah!

Such a cute property in the historic rainbow row of Savannah. Close to parks, restaurants and museums- we were able to walk everywhere!

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect location to everything. Highly recommend. Quaint. Clean. Quiet (even with trollies and carriages going by)The top floor is warm, but it’s very comfortable at night with the standing fan provided. Definitely will stay again. Street parking is directly in front of the house. Perfect for those times you forget something in the car.

The rental was very convenient to everything in the Historical District. We had a wonderful time and like other reviews you are able to walk to everything. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to find parking right in front which you need to pay for every morning. We would recommend this lodging highly but as the other reviews said the shower/bathtub would be tricky for elderly quests. Thank you for a great vacation.

Everything was great. Location was excellent. Loved the ambience in the bathroom however found the tub a bit dangerous to shower in as it is narrow and slick. Suggest offering an in tub skid free mat for the tub.

Clean room, easy access to host. Perfect walking location to River Street and downtown.

Beautiful home and a great location. The bed is so cozy, could’ve lounged all day. Everything in the house is well thought out and labeled. Owner clearly cares a lot about this space and is very thoughtful.

I liked the location. I disliked the awkward shower and heating problems. But it was an OK place.

We had a great stay! Location was excellent. Claw tub was nice , however shower was unsafe, maybe add a bath mat for safety .

Form over FunctionYes it's a cute, historic home that photographs well within walking distance of coffee, restaurants and shopping. It's also a historic home with a very long, steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom and a claw foot tub that is just plain annoying. There's a reason they don't put claw foot tubs in houses anymore. If you are shorter than 5'8 you won't be able to reach the showerhead to move it out of the way if needed. Trying to shower and not wet your hair was definitely a challenge. A spray wand showerhead is a must on this type of tub. This apartment is good for someone in their 20's-30's, I'm 50, the steps and the tub made me nervous. Also with the historic house comes single pane windows that are not great for regulating heat and cooling. The positives a full kitchen, great water pressure, felt safe, walking around the area was nice and parking was easy out front. Cons the stairs, the tub, squishy mattress, hard to regulate heating and cooling.

Great place to stay for convenience, cleanliness, cuteness, and comfort. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to most locations within Savannah. I loved seeing the horses and the carriages as they would come by the house daily. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I will be coming back!

It was a great location and everything was as advertised. I was able to visit my son at SCAD, and had access to all the restaurants and shops.

This property was even better in person. It was located perfectly in a quiet area a few blocks from downtown. There was everything you needed and the host provided us with all of the information that we did not even have any questions. The check in and check out process was swift and easy. We will 100% be back next time we are in Savannah! It made our anniversary trip all the better having a nice place to stay.

Well appointment Historic Row House in quaint neighborhood. Stairs were steep, queen bed was very, very soft, and additional sleeping options were quite uncomfortable and not meant for adult sleeping. Shower is a narrow tub that’s not flat.Perfect location in downtown Savannah. We walked everywhere.

This was a well decorated, very clean, charming place to stay within walking distance of River Street, restaurants and historical sites. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The location was perfect. My husband and I went for a couples weekend away. We parked and walked everywhere for the two days we were there. The area was very quiet as well.

Property is very nice, good location, very clean and well stocked with necessities. Bedroom , which is up a long twisting flight of stairs, has no TV. The TV is downstairs. We had a problem with logging into channels we wanted and the host was incredibly rude on the phone. Would not give me the chance to explain and followed up with an equally rude text.

Cute property. Spacious for two. Fun location walking distance to everything. The clomping of the horse drawn carriages added to the quaintness. If we were any older, the stairs and clawfoot tub/shower (clearly indicated in description and photos) might have been uncomfortable.

This charming historic house is in a great location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. And it provided a clean, spacious and relaxing place to getaway for the weekend. Would highly recommend!
