The property is in a nice neighborhood near Forsyth Park, quiet and safe even at night. Only 25 min walk to downtown and Savannah even has a free DOT bus that you can take if you don't want to buy the hop on hop off trolley. The host's responds quickly to nay questions that you may have.

Felt like a home away from home! Thoughtful items like fresh flowers, a welcome note and happy anniversary note.

The historic townhouse was charming and beautifully decorated. All the beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I especially loved the birthday decorations and flowers and the welcome sign upon our arrival. I’m so glad we chose this place in Savannah for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very comfortable. Private parking with lovely private patio. Some extra touches were very thoughtful. Felt like home. Hosts communicated about everything. No surprises. Everything was easy. And the fresh flowers in every room was such a great touch!

Wonderful place and location! Just know you’re getting a place that was built in the 1800’s so the stairs creek and the water pressure isn’t like a Hyatt, but the charm is top shelf and the host is amazing! Only changes I would suggest are not to water down the hand soap, add curtains in the master and really seal the window unit AC’s and not with scotch tape!

No detail was left unattended at this stunning property. The hosts were the epitome of southern hospitality and so helpful and communicative. I highly recommend booking this gem for your next stay. The private parking and garden courtyard were the perfect cherry on top for a stress free visit.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable home.

Good Location. Great Hosts. Beautiful House. Loved off-street included parking. The house was very Savannah which was exactly what we were looking for. It's an old historic row-house, so expect some areas that need attention, but that comes with an old historic house. We found it very charming. Just one thing...we're big southern boys, so all the toilets were way too small...but even that is now a funny memory.

Everything was great…hosts were very attentive and helpful.

The property was easy to access. We really appreciated the off street parking! The kitchen was clean and well stocked and Carmen’s personalized welcome much appreciated. The furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We appreciated the period decor and the charming neighborhood. Carmen was attentive with tips on getting around. There was a Veterans Day parade in the area the day we left and Carmen offered to provide turn by turn directions if needed by street closures. Would definitely stay there again!

What a charming and wonderful experience this was! We came to Savannah for my daughter's 16th birthday, and she really wanted to stay in a home with history. This home is inviting, comfortable, and filled with beautiful antiques. The owners, Carmen and Jon, arranged a special birthday surprise and even picked up a cake I had preordered and arranged it beautifully with other decorations. The home was filled with fresh flowers and was within a 20-minute walk to many sights and parks in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and the private parking was a big bonus. Thanks, Carmen and Jon, for making this such a special trip!

This home is nestled in a lovely neighborhood. It is clean and comfy, just like home. The hostess was welcoming and thoughtful. Parking is included and easy to access.

We loved this property. It was our annual girls trip and we wanted a different experience from hotels. The property is exactly as its listed. The host were fabulous and had a coffee & tea area set for us to make our first morning coffee. We had coffee in the garden every morning. We walked alot and never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and are already discussing another possible trip.

What a wonderful stay. I had mentioned that we were traveling for my wifes birthday. When we checked in, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a gift bag and a Happy Birthday banner for her.Touches like this put the hosts over the top!The house is well over 100 years old and is wonderful. It's like stepping back in time... but with air-conditioning.. which is important during the summer in Savannah!10 out of 10 would stay here again if we are back in Savannah.

Carmen and Jon's home was the perfect retreat for graduation weekend. Ideally located within walking distance to parks and a grocery store, it made getting around a breeze. The two reserved parking spots in the lot behind the house were an unexpected gem. Inside, the space was spacious, comfortable, and immediately welcoming. Carmen provided clear, detailed instructions with helpful photos, making check-in a breeze. When the air conditioning stopped working on our first night, Jon came by first thing the next morning to repair it and even followed up later to ensure everything was cool and comfortable. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Savannah!

The location was perfect. The communication with the host exceeds the number of stars I am allowed to give. On the day of arrival Carmen sent detailed info including pictures of exactly where to park and the entry gate so there was no question or confusion as to where to go. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a personalized chalk sign welcoming us and included all the names of the 5 guests. They provided plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets and the house was spotless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This beautiful historic townhouse was filled with amenities. I especially enjoyed all the books about Savannah and novels featuring it. The house is furnished with period pieces. It features two free parking spots in the rear of the house. I wish I was there in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating area filled with many plants. I had a wonderful time on my first visit to Savannah. I thoroughly recommend this place! The communication with owners was clear and concise, especially when directing me to the house. It was much appreciated. I was greeted by a basket of chocolates and some water bottles, and a welcome sign, listing mine and my friend‘s name. How thoughtful!

They decorated the space just for her and even left a thoughtful gift, which brought tears to our eyes. I stayed at this home with coworkers for the Antiques Roadshow and it was beyond perfect. The host was super communicative and friendly. It seems like they anticipated any question a guest could have and had answers waiting. The hole was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. All in all it made for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back and stay longer.

We loved the property, with its walled in patio. The location was close enough to the river to make the more touristy areas easily accessible, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Forsyth park is a short was away, and we enjoyed several leisurely strolls there. The owners were a pleasure to work with.

Loved the location, roominess and attention to detail. There were fresh flowers in every room and lots of towels, etc. The owners are very responsive and friendly. The beds are comfortable as well. The only thing I’d address is the dusty vents. I would stay here again.

From a well appointed kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils and appliances to a hands- on demo/walk-thru of the tv, both Carmen and Jon made our 3 week escape from Chicago a joy. The house is large, warm, sunny, and close to everything'for which Savannah is best noted.We are happy to have met them and their loverly property.

This place was definitely a GEM! I’m not sure what we enjoyed more…. The home or the home owners! I forgot what it’s like to book with actually owners! We came for my daughter 14th birthday! We were welcomed with birthday balloon, banner and decorations!! A very special touch! Great communication and directions to property! Also provided us with information on things to not miss in Savannah! Will definitely be back to this Gem!!

The photos on the listing really were like the actual place in real life. It was beautifully quaint and charming. The parking was great (so rare in Savannah) and the space was perfect for all of us. Fresh flowers and a great treat basket was so nice. Communication was outstanding
