Very convenient and well kept

This was an excellent property and location in Sun City West.

We were fortunate enough to rent this property for a month mid-Nov through mid Dec 2024. The home was well-furnished with supplies (spices, baking supplies, games, books, cleaning supplies, etc) and located in a quiet area that was super convenient to central Sun City West and to get to Sun City and other parts of the northwest Phoenix area. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful to any needs or questions! I especially appreciated the back patio area, which had many cushioned and comfy options for seating (in shade or in the sun). I would not hesitate to rebook this home, and am very thankful for the month we were able to spend there!

We visited the Phoenix area in October for 8 days due to its location, amenities, and price. Great choice! Paul was quick to respond to our questions, and checked up on us during our stay to ensure all was in order. The house was as described, plenty of supplies, especially the pantry, more spices and condiments than we've ever had available! It was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and had everything we we're expecting. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Paul!

Property was easy to find. Once there, everything was laid out for us and explained very well. This was the first time we stayed in a house like this and it was an AWESOME experience!!
