Stayed Jan 14, 2026Everything was great and exceeded expectations. We stayed four weeks and it felt like being at home - only with much nicer weather. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for us. We'd go back every winter if we could.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025The home was easy to find. Very clean with lots of towels, games, kitchen equipment and quiet. The sun room was a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee. The home needs some updating since some of the decor is still 1980’s including the sun lamp/heather in the master bathroom.

Stayed Feb 4, 2025This was a great home in a perfect location for us visiting friends in Sun City West and family in Surprise. It was exceptionally furnished and both the owner and site manager were quickly available for our minor questions. Every day we felt right at home and really comfortable with our surroundings. Groceries and restaurants were nearby and the neighborhood seemed friendly and safe. We enthusiastically recommend this home away from home!

Stayed Apr 1, 2024My wife, her cousin, and I visit the Sun City area each year for a ten day golf holiday. This is the first time we've had a VRBO in Sun City West where some of our friends live. The house was magnificent and very clean. We've stayed in some nice VRBOs over the years, but this was by far the best. It is also located close to our friends and many of the golf courses that we play. We would definitely try to rent this house next year if it is available.
