Stayed Jan 1, 2026Our host, Alan, was incredible in his communications, flexibility with our plans, and making us feel welcome in his home. We loved spending the evenings after a full day of activities, just sitting in front of the fire pit on the patio having a cocktail made with fresh juice from the many citrus trees in the backyard. We loved it so much we decided to buy our own house here! :)

Stayed Jan 1, 2023Alan is a great owner and property manager. He is very detail oriented and always available if you have a question. The appliances were new and the house is very clean and comfortable. It is nicely decorated in a family friendly southwest decor. The location is close to one of the rec centers and easy access to the main roads for getting around. The desert landscaping is nice and my wife enjoyed the hummingbirds and fruit trees. We would definitely rent it again. Thanks again Alan.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My partner is working from home. We headed south so she could look out the window at something other than gray and dreary and I could play golf without 3 layers of clothing and an umbrella. Sun City West met both needs. We will do it again.
