Stayed Mar 24, 2026We rented both apartments; the whole house. The location was supurb. Host is exceptionally responsive helpful. Fairly well cleaned. Sparsely appointed, though it adequately suited our needs. Extra blankets would have been helpful, but we kept forgetting to ask. It was cold weather with only 1 extra blanket for the whole house. The beds pillows are comfortable, and we enjoyed good sleeps. Parking is good. Lovely outdoor picnic table, but too cold to use this time. Walking distance to many fun, tasty dining options.We will enjoy staying here again in a warmer season. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Our family was in town for a wedding. The apartment provided the perfect place for our group (two couples and 4 singles to be together. The first floor was accessible for Grama. Both units were very clean and the location was excellent! The kitchens were well equippedand water pressure in both showers was good. We enjoyed hanging out on both the main floor and top floor decks. A short walk for a view of the water, an ice cream place at the end of the block and a very safe neighborhood with tree lined streets. We appreciated that we were able to check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024This was a great rental for our family of 7. More than enough room for us all. Also really liked staying in the Back Cove neighborhood. Nice quiet residential area with lots of thing nearby. Only a short drive to downtown as well.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Having both apartments that were connected by 2 stairwells was perfect for our group that was in town for the Portland Marathon. We could walk to a few places for dinner/drinks and were just a quick Uber to downtown Portland. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.
