This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

If you’re seeking a very private and completely quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit. Let us know if you have any concerns!
- This home sleeps up to 12 guests, but the common areas are small in size. The dining table and living room don’t seat all 12 at once, so meals and hangouts may feel more camp-style and casual. The 3 bedrooms on the lower level have low ceilings, making the rooms best suited for children or guests under 6 ft tall. Think of it as a fun, summer-camp style retreat—perfect for groups who don’t mind a snug fit.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last-minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
