It was a very nice place. Lovely location super close to folly beach strip, well cared for and all the amenities one needs for the beach. Host wss very helpful and resourceful. Highly recommended.

Very nice house, very well equipped. We enjoyed the boardgames and puzzles and skimboards. The kitchen had great tableware and in high enough counts to get us easily through 2 meals, which was great. It also is well equipped in general, allowing for great cooking. The host was very responsive and answered any questions in an impressively short time. The beach views are gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay!

Second year in a row staying at Turtle Watch, does not get better than this you if you enjoy relaxed beach life!

Great house great position relative to the town

Turtle Watch is an amazing property. When looking for a rental home, the write up always sounds great and the photos are beautiful. But sometimes when you get there, they don’t measure up. Turtle Watch does! The home is so clean! I literally found nothing to complain about. There are so many nice, thoughtful touches throughout the house. You will be pleasantly surprised by how well appointed it is. The beach chairs were in great condition, lots of beach toys, towels and sheets were high quality. The location is great for exploring Charleston, getting to the grocery ( several choices within 10 minutes), and you can walk into Folly Beach’s downtown. Melanie was so responsive and welcoming. You can’t go wrong with Turtle Watch.

Had our every 2 year extended family vacation. Have fallen in love with Folly Beach. Turtle Watch is the best place we have stayed. The house was gorgeous. Well stocked with literally everything. The attention to detail and personal touch that owner Melanie provides is wonderful. So Blessed to have found it. The view of the ocean is fabulous. Definitely would stay again.

We again had a great time at Turtle Watch. This was our 3rd time staying here. Melanie has the home well stocked with kitchen equipment and beach items: chairs, toys, umbrellas and so on. TV in every room, you can't go wrong.Gene S.

From the moment we arrived at this jaw dropping property, it was absolute perfection. It was perfectly stocked with all the essentials. Beds were so comfortable that I reached out to Melanie to find out what pillows she buys. The view…the screened porch…the dolphins…beyond expectations! Thank you!!!!!

This house was perfect for all of us. Right on the beach. Home and beds were very comfortable. We had kids and there we games and toys for all the kids. I would recommend this home for families. Location made for a very short walk to town and restaurants. All and all it was a perfect beach vacation.

Everything was awesome! Clean, new, well appointed house with ideal screen porch, decks, lower patio and walk way. Everything is labeled for easy access. And the beach is beautiful!

Wonderful oceanfront home with great views and easy beach access. Melanie, the host, is responsive and very well organized. The house is thoroughly equipped, including a well organized kitchen, board games, beach games, a ping pong table and even a variety of sunscreens. Our family had a great time!

Turtle Watch was everything the listing said it would be. Our family from far and near all enjoyed being on the beach, being together and being able to walk into town with ease. This property definitely goes on the repeat in the future list … thanks for sharing your lovely house!!!

Turtle watch is everything it says! We had kids from 1 to 17 and all had a great time! House is so very well stocked you need to bring nothing but yourself and clothes! (To include for a toddler) Communication was great ! Our whole family wants to come back. This location was great we walked to restaurants, ice cream and stores . Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house for extended family..lots of room and amazing location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Turtle Watch. Having the beach right in the back yard was my favorite part! Having all the beach accessories available was fabulous and the rinse off shower made clean up super easy! I wish we could live here year round! Thank you for sharing!!!

The property is very well maintained and stocked with all needed supplies. Everything in the home is labeled so as to help the renters find anything they need. i.e., fans, light switches, TV. etc. Great beach access with chairs, toys for tots, umbrellas.

We had an amazing time at Turtle Watch! The house was so stocked with amenities and made us feel right at home right when we got there! The beach was fabulous and we had four really amazing beach days. When the storm rolled in we really felt safe in the house and the owner reached out a couple of times to check in on us. Our favorite was the screened in porch and we spent hours and hours as a family just relaxing out there. House was very clean as well! Such a great place.

Great location and beautiful home!

Get into the Folly low key vibe with this beauty of a rental. Easy access and perfect location make this a wonderfully peaceful family vacation. We chose to cook some evenings in the well-appointed kitchen and other times to walk/bike to a neat local hang for lunch or happy hr. Folly still has the local flavor of long ago! We loved everything about the week. This home made it so easy. We especially loved the sunrises on the balcony watching the surfers in the waves. Fun!

Well, our trip didn’t go quite as planned due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby. That being said, the two days that we were there were perfect. Melanie had plenty of accessories to have an enjoyable time on the beach as well as games to play while indoors. Communication with her was top notch especially with the storm approaching. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach vacation.
