Turtle Bay 15 - Riverfront - Dock & Pool

The thermostat was set to not go below 70 degrees and the house rules said not to set below 72. It was very warm in the condo and the weather was not even warm. Would be very hot during summer. The condo was dusty under beds. Closet door was down and lying in the floor in the upstairs bedroom when we arrived. The condo needs some TLC.

The tubs have mold and many towels were dirty

Such a cute condo! Great view, 2 doors down from the pool. Stacy was fantastic, she answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay again. Our family had a great weekend, thanks again!

Overall, Stacy's place was very nice. The house was perfect for a few couples looking to get away for the weekend. Having three separate bedrooms and baths was perfect. The townhouse was very clean and within walking distance of Center Street with all that Folly Beach has to offer. Day trips to Charleston are only 30 minutes by car. I would highly recommend Stacy's place.

We had a wonderful time here. Communication was great with our host. We loved the location, we walked to town and the beach every day, enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the kids loved the pool. The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back.

This property is as described. It is in easy walking distance from Center street and has really nice views of the marsh and river. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. TV could acess many channels for more dreary nights when we didnt go out. That being said, the rest of the furniture is nothing special and some of it is worn. There are enough bath soaps, etc for 1 day, so bring more if you are staying for longer as items like that are sparse.

The property was beautiful. The unit could use a bit of an update and it looked like it had been a while since the cleaning had taken place. Shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced. Overall we and the best time and will return.
