Stayed Sep 19, 2025The accommodations were lovely. I wish the beds had been a bit bigger and there seemed to be no salt pepper or spices. We loved the foosball table and the location was perfect.

Stayed Aug 24, 2025On our second day we had construction crews come without notice and start repairing rotten walls on the third floor balcony(the one you want to sit and relax on drinking coffee in the morning, eating dinner on at night). They were sawing, hammering, tearing wood out so our three year old couldn’t nap, we couldn’t stay in the place cause that’s all you could hear. After the first construction day they screwed in a 2x4 blocking us from going out on that balcony. Very disappointing to say the least. It’s like they didn’t care we paid good money to have a nice relaxing week, and to think that the next week was after Labor Day, the end of summer. They couldn’t wait one week to start all this in the offseason. And the stairs…….my wife and I are in relatively good shape, but if you have any ailments don’t even think about staying here cause you’ll be doing about a 1000 stairs a day. Three floors of stairs and the kitchen is on the third floor. We have requested a refund for two days as we were not able to enjoy all the amenities that we wanted too and for the pure annoyance my family and I had to endure. I sure hope KEES management will promptly take care of this. We also had a tub that wouldn’t drain and the WiFi didn’t work for about a day and a half. Overall, the place is not where I would stay ever again

Stayed Jul 13, 2025The pool area was great. The condo was nice, but be prepared for stairs and more stairs. Someone needs to clean the air return vent. But otherwise, the condo was clean.

Stayed May 23, 2025The door that has the combination lock to gain entry doesn't have a deadbolt on the inside. Other properties we have stayed at does and we had two toddlers who were very interested in opening the door. Floors were not as cleaned as I had hoped.My 2 year old really enjoyed the community pool and it was nice to have access to it for a weekend getaway

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The neighborhood was really nice. Closer to beach( 5 mins driving) , stores and restaurants. The pool was really nice. We loved we could bring lunch and eat by the pool. Clean house and big! I would say is so far one of the best rebtal places we staying in.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Simply and timely communication from the property manager. Easy check-in process. Clean and plenty of beds for a family of four. In dog friendly community with park/dog park within walking distance. Short drive to the beach. Enjoyed our stay.
