Loved the pool and being on the water

The location and outdoor space was absolutely awesome! Sunsets were lovely just as others shared. The kitchen was well appointed and check-in was effortless and easy which was very welcome after a LONG day of travel.

Beautiful pool and amazing sunset views! Captain Julie was an excellent host. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, she was quick to respond!

Spacious home, beautifully decorated, nice layout, with breathtakinging views. Tropical pool was a highlight of the week. Captain Julie was wonderful with outreach and attentive care. Enjoyed talking with friendly pool service man.We had a wonderful week and look forward to future stays.

Beautiful view some issues with things in house due to newly remodeled. Property owner tried to get things fixed. The pool guy was very rude to family. Enjoyed the stay just wished the issues wouldn't have been there. Captain Julie tried very hard to solve the issues and said that she was going to handle the problems. Cleaning crew shows up while you are finishing getting out. Could have waited 10 minutes before showing up.

We loved our stay. We were able to see manatees right behind the house and dolphins in the river. Our kids enjoyed the pool and wanted swim as soon as they woke up. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a closet of games for rainy days or evening family fun. evening faml

We spent a week at Casa with the family, this was our 4th trip back and we are already looking to plan the next visit. The home is so very well set up for family's, room for everyone to spread out. The pool is glorious, we spent most all of our days there. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. The kids had an awesome time on the kayaks and hanging out on the beach area. They also spent quite a bit of time playing pool. We were able to bring our dog which may be the biggest perk as a dog mom, we hate traveling without him. Capt Julie is very responsive with any questions and checks in to be sure all is well during your stay. Looking forward to returning soon!

The house was beautiful, The host was very helpful in helping us find restaurants and beach ideas.

We had such a wonderful time during our vacation at Casa! We traveled with our family: my husband, myself and 6 boys (ages 16-25) and our dogs (the property is fully fenced other than the water front). The boys loved the grounds: swimming, boating, kayaking and fishing. They loved the pool table in the garage (where many pool tournaments occurred), a nice mid day break during those Florida quick rain showers. We only had to leave to pick up more food to feed them! The pool and gazebo area was amazing! We rented a boat for three days (from Julie’s recommendation) and had a great experience. Captain Julie spent a hour on the phone with me giving us guidance on the islands to visit each day. Note you will need to anchor the boat near the property. Don’t be like us Ohioans and not watch the tidy closely enough ?. Such wonderful memories during our week at Casa. Thank you captain Julie for sharing your beautiful home with us and for your amazing communication with us during the week.

Beautiful property with direct access to the Manatee River, There are so many great activities to enjoy by all ages. We kayaked and paddle boarded daily, swam in the fabulous pool, played corn hole, played billiards, rode the bikes by the river. Plenty of room inside for our family of 7 with our doggies, who enjoyed the property as much as we did. This is our second visit and we will be renting here again.

My family absolutely loved the pool and river areas! Beautiful property. We had rushed the process a bit to do an earlier check in, which Julie accommodated for us. There was some cleanliness things that could have been taken care of, I felt. The throw pillows had quite a bit of staining, under couches hadn’t been vacuumed or swept in a while. Overall, great place though and fantastic for family fun!!!

Captain Julie was wonderful with communication through the whole visit! The property is BEAUTIFUL with so much to see and do! We had a rainy day but with all the games, pool and ping pong, it was wonderful! The pool and outside areas as amazing and we had a Mother Woodpecker and 3 babies to watch the whole time. Our daughters went kayaking and we rang the bell at sunsets!! Loved EVERYTHING!! Thank you Captain Julie for sharing your PARADISE with our family!!

Location, location, location. You wouldn't have to leave the property if you didnt want to. We visited Anna Marie Island and Siesta Key during our stay. I could live there just for the pool alone. Great place to stay! Host was very informative and had great communication
