The Palms - Manatee Riverfront Retreat With dockage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! We were relaxed from the time we stepped up to the front porch. Everything is very well appointed and comfortable. Tons of outdoor space with a constant tropical breeze. Gregg and Lori were amazing hosts and went way out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We brought our boat and enjoyed easy access to the marina and some of our favorite fishing spots. 10/10 we highly recommend!

This place fits all your needs. AHeated Pool, large outdoor patio with beautiful palapa, grill, lounge chairs, and wood rockers on the front porch for morning coffee. We had the most relaxing time with our friends, plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy watching the boats on the river. We were able to rent a pontoon boat, it was delivered to the homeowners dock. The beds were all comfortable, the living room has the best sofas for watching a movie on the large 4K screen. This home has it all. We hope to return. Thanks Gregg and Lori

Wonderful place to stay for our group of four couples. Everyone had their own ensuite. Lots of room for together activities and also for being off a bit of wanted some quiet. Hosts were terrific and very responsive. Unreserved thumps ip!

“Oh my” is what everybody said as they arrived. Quite a breathtaking place. We had an extended family get-together at Gregg and Lori’s amazing place. The layout, the amenities, the view, the comfort was all first class. The two of them are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The outdoor area is hard to leave whether having morning coffee or a late night cocktail. The giant outdoor grill was such a bonus, definitely made for a good time. Beautifully furnished and each room has its own character. Don’t miss out on this one.

The online pix did not do this property justice! The house (and owners) were so welcoming and the kitchen was over-the-top stocked with anything and everything we could ever need. Nice homey touches throughout the property added to the relaxation we all felt while being there. The grandkids (and adults) enjoyed the pool area. We anticipate another family vacation there in the future! Thank you Gregg and Lori!

This house has a wonderful layout for large groups and extended family vacations. My husband and I had our three older children, our parents, and others that came to visit during our week stay. The kitchen island is a great gathering place with a beautiful sitting area next to it. We loved the huge outdoor space with plenty of seating and places to retreat when you needed to relax. We rented a boat for most of the week which was great to explore the area.

We researched many places for a family vacation with our children, their spouses/significant others and grand children. We booked with Gregg & Lori as their place checked all our boxes. What a great choice. The tiki area and pool were amazing and we spent most of our days (and nights to watch March Madness games) there. We also fished off the dock and had success. We rented a boat one day and pulled to the dock to pick everyone up & dropped them off there as well making logistics very easy. The house has everything you will need for your stay. The bedrooms were awesome. Communications with Gregg & Lori were great. Don’t hesitate on this paradise rental.

10/10! If you’re between houses, PICK THIS ONE! This VRBO is very special. For starters the owners are amazing, they take the time to meet you in person and show you around their home. The house is fully furnished. Every oil, spice, sugar, pot, pan, towel, sunscreen, toiletries you could ever fathom the thought of needing.. Gregg and Lori have thought of it and have it for you to use while in their home. I was there for my daughters wedding, we hosted many family pool days & grill outs! They even have an industrial sized ice machine and grill! (Perfect for packing coolers ?) The outdoor area is even better than the inside of the house if you can believe it! The home has 3 master sized suites. 5 bedrooms total. More than enough bathrooms. This home has the best vibe & extremely cozy. We will be booking again the next time we come down! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
