MULTIPLE WEEKS ARE AVAILABLE UPON APPROVAL BY HOST HOWEVER THE BASE RATE WILL INCREASE TO MARKET RATE $225-270/NIGHT FOR ADDITIONAL WEEKS FOLLOWING WEEK 1

No smoking, no drinking, no pets, no loud noise, no partying & no overnight guests without my approval. NO LOCALS - If you are found to be a local, you will be asked to leave the property and will not be offered a refund.

If booking longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be applied after 30 days in order to maintain cleanliness.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside of the premises. Please do not bring ashes, buds or cigarette residue inside of the home. (This includes smoking in the garage)
