Tranquil 3-bedroom house in Lenoir City.

Jenn and Josh were amazing hosts. We had a two week stay at their place. When we had questions their responses were very quick and helpful. The location is only two minutes drive to a very nice Publix. It's also very close to the Farragut shopping area. It was a very peaceful setting on a few acres of well maintained grassy space which our kids really enjoyed. Nice front porch space to enjoy mornings on. We highly recommend and would stay there again if the need arises. Thank you Jenn and Josh!

Clean spacious rooms.Well stocked kitchen.Plenty of bath towels.Ample seating in living room.

The air conditioning and heater worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The cute house is clean. It could use a few things, though, like a luggage rack. (I hated to put the suitcase on the bed and I am too old to work with it laying out on the floor.) The rooms could also use some tissues.

Great place. Very nice host. Kitchen has everything you need, Guests need to bring their own shampoo.

This was the perfect place to stay after attending TN football game. This property was clean and convenient. The decor was also cute!

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Would stay again. The tv in each room was nice. A/C churned out cold. It does have very minimal amenities such as kitchen basics (no oil, spices, etc). A few things would make it even nicer - lower the tv in living room (it’s too high for the space), add a Keurig, and provide some basic cooking supplies (including more pot and pans).

Place was so clean. Check out was amazing like a 5 star resort. Leave and lock the door. None of the do most the cleaning for us that some vacation rentals require. Definitely on our stay here again list for this area.

We were in town to celebrate the dedication of our first grandchild. We had 4 adults staying here and the house worked great. Very clean. The house has been completely renovated and everything is new including the towels. Beds are comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful up and coming area. The host, Jenn, is attentive and responsive. Great place!
