Felt like home away from home. Highly recommend

The property was as described with accurate pictures. It was very clean and welcoming to ourtwo dogs. The owners answered our texts very quickly and we did not have any issues. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

What a lovely, and comfortable home! The large backyard lot was a plus, and you can’t beat the location for easy access to Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. The kitchen is terrific (complete with a great, large fridge), and the bed has a wonderfully comfortable mattress. We will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. There’s no need to look anywhere else!

This house was the perfect size and location for our family Christmas get-together! The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to take a walk without much traffic. The nearest grocery was only a couple of miles away - very convenient for last-minute purchases! The driveway was long enough to fit all our vehicles so we didn't have to park on the street. The host was very accommodating and allowed our pets to join us and for us to put up a Christmas tree in the living room. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived, and the yard was spacious for the kids and dogs to run around in. Overall, this was a wonderful, memorable week, and much of that experience was due to the perfect rental house. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great place!

Home is comfortable and well-appointed with needed kitchen utensils to prepare a family meal. Plenty of seating at table and bar area.

We highly recommend this home to others staying in the Knoxville area. The home has been beautifully renovated. The beds and sofa are comfortable. There is lots of natural light in the house. The kitchen is spacious, with lots of counter room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's a short distance from the highway, with restaurants and a Walmart supercenter nearby. And we saw a beautiful sunrise from the front porch. We hope to stay here again!

Traveling for our son’s wedding & had a few family members staying with us. The property was exactly as described! It’s more space than we originally thought, even parking. The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. Home was clean, neighborhood quiet & close to everywhere we needed to go for our celebration. Would definitely book home again!

This place was the perfect option while attending a local wedding. Rooms are huge and give you plenty of space to spread out. 5 minutes from major chains but a very quiet neighborhood! Loved our stay.

We needed something not too far from the Oak Ridge national lab for a conference. This was a nice stay on a residential street with a yard. Had the basics and not far from the highway.

We bought property within close proximity of this property. Perfect closeness to great restaurants and stores. Had a chance to get a visit from some deer in the back on our first night. The home looks exactly as shown in the photos and was above average in cleanliness. Our hosts were hands-off but responded immediately to any questions we had. It was a good choice for a one-month stay.

We didn’t spend time during the day in the house as we have lots of family in the area. It was good for sleeping and preparing simple meals. The couch was decently comfortable and the outside patio furniture helped us enjoy the Tennessee sunshine.

Shortly after we arrived, my wife and I (56)took our two dogs for a walk in the neighborhood. Went down the street and a neighbors dog ran at us from his garage (255). I scooped up both our dogs and put myself between the other dog and mine. The neighbor came out and called his dog off. My wife and I were startled by the incident and after she said to me - well that was scary.... the neighbor overheard this and began cursing at us both, calling us dumb mother f'ers and calling my wife a mother f'ing b'. I explained to him that we had no clue whether his dog was friendly or not and that just made him madder and he started coming at me telling me he was kick my a' and again dropping f-bombs at both my wife and I. My wife convinced me not to fight him. It was clear that there was no reasoning with this person. My wife was truly scared to come back outside with the dogs. As part of our stay, I was to travel 20 miles away from the house for work each day and I was 100% convinced that this neighbor could not be trusted. I expressed my concern to the owner and told him that we plan to leave by check out the next morning, and asked if he could refund the remainder of our stay given the safety issue. He explained to me that since nothing was wrong with the rental itself, he would not provide any refund, unless someone else rented the home for the remainder of my stay. Though it was my choice to leave, I feel that common decency should prevail over money. Rent at your own risk

This is a beautiful home and property! Top notch furnishings and layout. Super clean and accommodating. The area was close to restaurants and gas stations. Easy access for check in and check out. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

I selected this property for our stay in Lenoir City for our son's wedding. The pictures really play up the property and I selected based upon that as well as the location, which was ideal. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was that both of the large garbage totes were filled to capacity and remained that way throughout our stay (no garbage pick-up?). The next thing we noticed was that all of the landscaping had been let go and the lawn had not been mowed. No big deal but left me feeling that the property is not well cared for. Inside, it is bright and open - as shown in the pictures. The house was adequate, but the kitchen is lacking some basic supplies (e.g. baking sheet, serving utensils, etc) In fact, most of the cupboards in the kitchen are completely empty. The door to the main hall bathroom did not close without using force (needs to be adjusted) and the bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning. There was a laundry soap container, but it was completely empty so we could not start the washing machine as instructed upon departure. Overall, the property was okay, but did not impress. The owners are interested in their guests being happy but need to put a more effort into property maintenance.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Loved the new decor in every room. Our daughter got married in TN at Castleton Farms and this house was perfect to accommodate 6-7 people. Would definitely recommend.
