Townhouse on the Bay! Sleeps 8 w/ boat dock and accsess to Indian River Inlet

We picked this property because of the great reviews and I can safely say, they were all right. The property, the owner the experience did not disappoint. We chose this winter time to go because, between the mass of people in the area during the the summer and the cold, we preferred the cold. The house is very well kept, very clean (*well, we did find dog hairs in a comforter, but that was minor to us), very modern interior, decorations and design, very well stocked with dishes, games, amenities, etc...even bikes to ride. And the proximity to the water is priceless. We were very comfortable. And the owner is very nice and very responsive when we reached out. The only down part for us was that an owner at another property had his dog unleashed running around the complex without any supervision which made it a little unsettling to our dog who wanted to enjoy her supervised unleashed freedom. But sure, if you're thinking of heading there to this property, we give it 5 stars along with the owner 5 stars. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. We will go again in the future.

This has got to be the best place to stay in Bethany Beach! The hosts (Rick and Cathy) are PHENOMENAL! The property is flawless and clean. The location is stellar and the nights in the deck are memorable. I will definitely return, if they will have me!

Bethany Marina community is a very good location, with travel times to many popular activities of less than 30 minutes: the beaches, kayaking, shopping, restaurants. This townhouse was perfect for our family with the lower floor for the couple with a dog and one year old baby; the common middle level for kitchen and social, and upper level bedrooms. The decks give a nice view of the marina docks, and Indian River Bay.

Relaxing spot and able to bring our boat makes it a perfect vacation spot for us.

House was wonderful and owners are very responsive. Hope to rent again!

This property was clean, well decorated and located in a great marina community right on the bay. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming in the community pool, and playing board games on the deck. It's a great location to visit Bethany, Rehoboth, and Fenwick.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The location was perfect, the home was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

Property is great. So much space to come together but also to have private personal time. The owners are fantastic. Great communication. The decks are wonderful. Great views. Nice quiet area and the people are friendly.

This property was a great way for our entire family to get together! Everyone had adequate space to spend together, and adequate space for down time, too.

The property is in a great location on a canal that leads to the bay. The area was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive to our questions while we were there.

This vacation rental was close to restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores and the beach. The addition of the water view was a plus. On the 3 rd floor balcony I could watch the sun rise. Having 3 separate floors helped to give everyone their space. We would love to come back. We will need to find a larger home next near to accommodate another son and family.

We had a great stay! Kitchen even better equipped than we hoped. Enjoyed amazing sunsets on the deck overlooking the marina.

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach with our grandkids. The townhouse was close to the beaches. One day we drove to Assateague State Park to see the wild horses. The townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping and the onsite pool is a bonus.
