Cozy Charleston Stay is a 2 story, 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome located in a quiet gated community in Charleston. Near all that downtown Charleston has to offer, lots of shopping and restaurants, or a short drive to the beach.

The townhome has a living room with a flat screen HDTV with cable and WIFI. The eat in kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates for guests, cups, baking sheets, pots/pans, coffeemaker (coffee provided), and all the your kitchen appliance needs. Off the kitchenis back patio that sits right off the Greenway Trail. There is a grill and patio furniture on the patio. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, dresser, desk, closet and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen TV.

All the linens will be cleaned and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. There are plenty towels and of extra bathing/beach towels for your use. There is an ironing board and iron. There are beach chairs provided in the storage closet located in the kitchen.
