Town of Ocean View oasis with sparkling private pool & central AC

The house was clean and perfect for large groups. We had a group of 11 with 7 adults a 11 and 10 year old a 3 year old and 6 month old. Everyone enjoyed the backyard. The pool was a real hit as well as the sunroom. Would live to come back again.

Beautiful large house with an amazing backyard. The pool was a big hit. We spent a lot of time enjoying it. There was a lot of things to do in the area for all ages. Hope to be back again.

Pool, space, and ambiance home was great.

The pool and the sunroom were our favorite parts. This home as so much to offer if it was properly cared for. We realize there is only so much you can do in between rentals but from the looks of it, there was no prep for rental season.

This beautiful home had so many features that helped us have an amazing family vacation, but it was definitely the outdoor space that was the highlight of our vacation. The bins were well stocked with pool accessories and we had ample space to play lawn games and have family fun on the deck. We would definitely stay at this home again as it was close to so many attractions and provided a great place to relax and unwind.

Spacious house with lots of sitting areas! Close to beach, but very hard to park! Really needs a dining table and umbrellas to provide shade at the pool.

The bedrooms were well furnished and spacious. Linens were all clean and neat. Window coverings allowed for rooms to remain dark when the sun came up. The layout of the home allowed for separate areas for each family. The kitchen was great for preparing and enjoying family dinners, and the pool was absolutely perfect for us!!! We all spent hours enjoying the pool area as a family. The pool is huge and easily allowed for 10-12 of us to float around on the sunny days!

We had a wonderful time at this house with a big group of girls from our church’s women’s group. The layout is awesome, tons of common areas to hang out in, nice kitchen, and bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The house was stocked with linens but overall pretty dirty - our feet were black after walking around on the floor barefoot. Overall the house was clean in the sense that it wasn’t cluttered but there were random belongings in the drawers and closets as if someone lives there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return but a more thorough cleaning would be appreciated. The outdoor space was lovely and fun addition making it enjoyable to just relax at the house.

Very nice house, spacious, nice decor, beautiful patio and decent pool. House was not cleaned well when we arrived. dirty socks, used dental floss, candy wrapper found on floor. Refrigerator in kitchen required cleaning. Wife spent 30 minutes cleaning. Refrigerator in garage was left open and warm. Used razor, soap and shampoo bottles found in shower. Lack of clean towels...1 per bathroom. NO dishtowels in kitchen so we bought our own. A huge bag of dirty linens sat on our front doorstep for 4 days despite me calling Vacasa everyday to please pick up. Grass was not cut (no big deal). Many lights inside and outside did not work. I replaced 3 light bulbs inside house but many more still out. I called Vacasa day after day to fix outside lights..porch lights, driveway lamp lights, lights on back patio did not work. They said multiple times they would send someone out but no one showed! I actually bought an outside light so we could use outside area at night and then took the light I bought home. Calling Vacasa daily with no results was exhausting. Finally got in touch with a good manager who immediately sent someone out to clean the house and remove linens on front porch. That cleaning lady did a very good job. Other problems never addressed. Upon my request, they refunded my cleaning fee, but looking back that was not enough relative to the huge sum we paid for the house. Sorta put a damper on the entire trip. Would not go back!

The swimming pool and backyard deck was the best feature of this home. And inside there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded with 14 other people in the house.
