Located walking distance (.3 miles) from the main base lodge at Sunday river, this mountain retreat has everything you need for a relaxing escape in the mountains of Maine. Enter through an oversized mud room with more than enough space to store your whole group's gear. Head into the lower level entertainment area with a wet bar, ping pong table and wood burning fireplace. Rounding out the lower level is a bunk room and full bathroom. Head upstairs tothe heart of the home. The great room features an expansive gourmet kitchen, dining and living area with a second wood burning fireplace, where your whole group can gather after a day of adventure in the mountains of western maine. In addition to this large gathering area, the first floor offers two master suites and a half bath with laundry. The second floor offers two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Relax and enjoy the trail views in the large private hot tub. There is something for everyone in this beautiful home.

Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area. Guests may experience intermittent daytime noise. Work is outside the home and does not affect access or amenities.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing coffee/filters is recommended.
