Three Little Birds! Porch + walk to the beach!

Super cute place. Great location.

Communication with host was excellent. Folly Beach was amazing. Bert’s Marketplace is a must visit over and over and over. House was in a perfect location, one block from beach and a short walk to the town.

The location was perfect! The beach is just around the corner. When it was real quiet, I could hear the waves. The home had so many areas to relax outside. They provided extra linens and beach towels. There was even beach gear available. Only half mile to the pier, shopping and food. Downtown Charleston is less than 30 min drive. There is so much to do in Folly, we didn’t have time to do all that we wanted. We are excited to plan our next visit

It was the perfect size house for our family. It was clean, easy to access and the Host was very responsive anytime we had a question. The accessibility to the beach couldn’t have been better and everything we want to do was within walking distance. There were even beach chairs that came in handy. It was just about the perfect weekend. The weather took away our beach day, nothing anyone could do about that. I will also say, everyone where we went, the staff were so so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, had everything we needed in the kitchen, just one of the back burners knob was broken and we had a hard time turning it off. But we loved the property and appreciated the use of the beach chairs and having an outdoor shower.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Ideally located to the beach and restaurants. It was a perfect stay.

Me and my friends did a little staycation here for my 30th birthday and it did not disappoint! Steps to the beach access, 10 min walk to Bert’s market and 15 min walk to the center street. Had everything we needed to make coffee, grill out etc. lovely screened in front porch. Plenty of parking front and back. Clean house/bathrooms. Highly recommend!!

The third little birds was perfect for a quick family vacation to Folly Beach. Great location. Close to beach. My brother and his wife came to town from Wiscsonsin. Weather was perfect. House was cute and clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Little Birds! It is close to everything Folly has to offer. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We definitely plan on staying there again!
