This home was absolutely fabulous. We had so much room for everyone to move around and have their own space. But also areas we could all hang out. This house will be my go to place everytime. The host made sure everything was perfect.

A very easy stay process. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed this stay so close to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Our family group (parents and 20something kids) had an excellent stay! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast before a day in the park and dinner afterwards. Our group had plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms. The proximity to RMNP was outstanding!! Highly recommend

The townhome was great. It was very close to the river which made a wonderful sound track for the week. Everyone enjoyed the space. Everything we needed was right there.

Hosts are fantastic, friendly & caring communicators who demonstrate authentic hospitality, making sure you are comfortable and then some! Better than photos! Full kitchen, amazing rec room for ALL ages, home has fans, laundry baskets, extra bedding & towels, laundry...truly home away from home. A pack n play is available in a closet if needed & comfy beds! My sister got married during our trip and there were tons of coat hangers, & an iron/ironing board. Location is quiet and beautiful, 4 minutes to Park entrance and 8 minutes to center of town. Gorgeous home - I wished it was my house - it very much felt like home. CLEANER THAN CLEAN - much cleaner than any hotel or VRBO I've ever stayed at. We had a shower curtain rod that came down a few times - my husband saw it was cracked which was preventing it from staying up well when the kids moved the curtains... and while we didn't mind or find it urgent or necessary to remedy during our stay, the host delivered a new one very quickly and my husband put it up. We were a family of five with kids ages 5-11, and my parents also stayed with us. We managed parking with a minivan and SUVUhaul trailer with care but had no issues! Yesterday morning a huge bull elk was bedded down on the neighbors back porch 15 feet from us and we almost never saw it but glad we did. Highest praises here. Choose this one; you will be so thankful! Conrad and Kathy are THE best.

We loved the location and how appropriately the house was furnished. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of cookware. We loved the space to be able to spread out and enjoy! Will definitely look to book again when we go back to Estes Park!

This was our first VRBO booking and I cannot think of a single thing that could have been better. Prior to booking, Conrad and Kathy were available for any questions I had. We traveled with our 4 kids, 7, 5, 2, 1. Not only did we have a baby bed (pack and play with new sheets) set up upon arrival, but also also a seat for the baby at the table. The kids loved that there were arcade games downstairs as well as a few toys to play with. The house was stocked with all necessities. Location is great and super close to RMNP entrance. Having never booked a VRBO before, I was nervous, but the communication was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in this comfortable, roomy home. You can enjoy the sound of the river from the balcony, or view the stars. The house is perfectly located away from the crowds of downtown Estes Park, but still close to the entrance to RMNP. The house is well-supplied and very clean. Highly recommend it!

This property was by far the best place we have stayed. We go somewhere every summer. This property felt like home and the communication with the owners was fantastic. We had everything we needed. All supplies were provided from shampoo, body wash, towels, to laundry detergent. House was very clean. The pictures did not do the home justice.

The property was perfect for our family (6 adults and two grandkids). The 3 floors was wonderful so that individuals could be together or have their own space. The grandkids loved the toys, and the kitchen table and picnic table on the deck was used for playing card and board games. It was the perfect distance to drive to RMNP (which we did for 4 days) and Estes Park (2 days). Conrad did a great job of communicating to us prior to our visit and during our visit, making sure that we had no questions. When mentioning to him prior to our visit that we were going to use the bedroom with the queen and twin to also have a pack-n-play, he set up the pack-n-play in advance without being asked. I totally would recommend this place for other families to stay.

This property was amazing for our family of seven. The property owners were amazing to work with. Highly recommend this property for your vacation home away from home.
