We had a great time and the property was perfect

All good could have used a deeper cleaning and furniture is a little worn down. Also cooking pans need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and location was perfect. We rented a beach buggy that was delivered and waiting when we arrived.

Be it known the master bedroom and the kitchen is upstairs, weird design but it works. Its close to town but not so close that there is traffic in the neighborhood. the pool is very private and gets loads of sun, almost too much and the water was in the high 80's from the sun, we really thought the pool was heated at 1st.

The house was great. Right by the entry to the resort made it a really easy in and out. All the comforts of home. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here with some friends and our kids and had a great time! The grill was missing but once we alerted management, they had one delivered to the property within 30 minutes. Very responsive hosts and close enough to walk to the beach.

Great place to stay, close to the beach, pool, easy check in.

The stairs were hard on me, I am older, but the kids did not mind them. Because the pool is on the side where sun hits it, the pool needs water to circulate to stay cooler. It was more like a hot tub. One of the downstairs baths has a crack in the floor, which was a little worrisome, but we used it anyway. The toilet paper holder in that same bathroom needs to be repaired so that the toilet paper can roll easily. But it was fun besides all that and having a golf cart is a must. Easy commute to the beach make all the difference. The boardwalk is the best access we have ever had on our Port Aransas stays.

We enjoyed our time at Redneck Riviera. The property was clean and as advertised. The air conditioning was strong and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the washing machine having some manner of leak. However, we turned off the water at the wall and reported the issue to the property manager. Overall this was a great property, with a great location and the added bonus of a private pool. We would definitely stay again.

Overall: The house from the outside looked nice. The pool was clean and very nice to have with the kids. If it was cleaner we would rent again but we shall see. Walking in- there were no carpets at the front door or in any bathrooms. There we no extra blankets for any of the beds and no extra towels. The Fully stocked kitchen was adequate i suppose. The outside back deck was dirty and has cleaning supplies left on it will all of the bird poop. There were roaches...and not just one but many. For some reason the water had been turned off to the washing machine and after using it we found out why. It would leak a bit after each load. There were a few heavy showers that had come thru while there and the vent above the stove would have water coming in. The master bedroom bed DEFINATLY needs to be changed along with all the other rooms. When you lay down you would roll to the center it was so bad. There was no water hose in the front to wash the golf cart off after being at the beach as well.

Easy access to the beach and an awesome private pool! The only downside is that the couches, stools and seat covers need to be cleaned.

I love the set up downstairs only two bed rooms but there is a space outside the rooms with bunk beds and its own bathroom so it almost feels like 3 bedrooms. Master suite upstairs. The pool was definitely a bonus after the hot beach all day. Our family had a great time! Thank you so much.

Reviewer Comments: While the house was clean and everything inside was as expected, the outside was a different story. The pool outside looked a little dirty, which wasn’t a big problem the biggest problem was the mosquitos. Walking out the front door was a race to the vehicles to keep from being bit then trying to kill all of the mosquitoes in our vehicles. The back deck on the second floor was dirty and looked to be filled with spiders, webs and egg sacks of some sort.
