Stayed Jul 19, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in/out was easy. Location was great. Place was clean. Downside, it was SO HOT INSIDE. Never got below 74 deg even at night and mostly stayed 78 during the day. The AC could not keep up. Fans were provided but a couple were broke so we bought our own.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice and clean. Could use more towels but we managed. We were a bit concerned with location. Normally we stay on the beach, but this house is not in a dad location at all. It’s a quick drive to beach and to everything the town has to offer. We enjoyed our time. The pool is shared, but it’s right out the back door. Sharing was fine, no one was loud and out late.

This was our third year straight, renting this unit. It is very cozy, and has all the amenities one could possibly need ! Once again, Sandy did it again !

It is a great size for a large family. Being pet friendly is a nice feature. Having a pool right outside the back door is wonderful!
