This fabulous old Victorian home is just beautifully renovated and furnished with aircon and heater for comfortable stay. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, flat-screen TV. Guests can also relax in the large open lounge and dining area. Melbourne is 6 km from the holiday home. Melbourne Airport is 13 km away. Also close to public transport, street parking available only. 30 mins by public transport or 10mins drive to CBD. Before booking please understand that this property in in a quiet residential zoning.
- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.

    We had a great stay. The location is awesome. Really close to some great cafes and restaurants, oh and the pub just around the corner. We would stay again.

    2 mins walk to trains to the city in 15 minutes. Great local pub across the street. Lots of beds in the three bedrooms. Sneddon within 5 mins walk with lots of cafes and well stocked Foodworks. Would have been good to have a frying pan in good condition. The skillet pan and pot were dreadful.

    The property was very comfortable with our group and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property, particularly for its convenience - 1 minute walk to the station with easy connections to the city centre, and supermarket very close by. Local park and river walks made it a great neighbourhood for us to be based in.
