No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited to ensure all guests' health and comfort.

Property Use:

Garden Maintenance: We regularly maintain the outdoor areas to keep them pristine. We will work with you to ensure there is no disruption.

Stay Requirements:

Check-out: Please follow the check-out time to avoid penalties and ensure the property is prepared for the next guests.
Extended Stays: For stays over two weeks, a mid-stay cleaning service costing $100 is required. Please vacate the property for three hours during cleaning. This fee can be settled through some booking platforms.
Linen Care: We provide clean and comfortable linens. However, charges will apply for any stains that require extra cleaning or result in damage beyond normal wear and tear. Replaced items are yours to keep.

Security and Compliance:

Security Deposit: By Airbnb policies, a $300 security deposit hold will be processed through our connected app partner upon booking.
