Stayed Jul 20, 2025The property had a great view of the ocean and of people coming and going; lots of activity. It was easy to come and go as we pleased, and the very short walk to the beach was a nice bonus, too. I loved the size of the property, the cleanliness, as well as the various amenities. Enjoying an adult beverage on the deck in the evening with the sound of the crashing waves was the icing on the cake for me. The kids loved the accessibility to the ocean and pool, as well as the varioud shops pn the main strip. My wife enjoyed the local dining and the size of the individual rooms. Communication was great, too, and were already discussing staying again next year. My wife's sister and family live in nearby Summersville, and we would love for them to stay with us as well. Stayed May 22, 2025Nice property but needs some attention. Lights without bulbs, wood floor was sticky, I had to wash, the icemaker would not shut off, crisper drawer was broke, fan in MB didn’t work, toilet roll holder missing and all carpet needed vacuumed. Great location!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025This was a quick stop on our family vacation but well worth it! Total of 5 adults. Easy walk to the beach, which had beach service for chairs and umbrellas. We were restaurants and shops get steps away from this condo. I will be coming back to this unit on our next trip to Folly Beach.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We traveled to Folly beach for a wedding . There were 6 of us so having three bathrooms was excellent. Great location, totally walkable to everything . Would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.
