Theater Room, Game Room, Hot Tub, Family/Group Friendly, Private Location

This property is amazing! We had a group of 12 and 9 of them were under the age of 18. They all had an incredible time and never seemed to be bored! The view is so beautiful and the house was very clean! We will definitely be returning!

It was a great space for family and close to Sunlight Ski Mountain. We had a great Christmas there. The two entertainment areas were a special treat, especially with the lack of snow for skiing. The large dining room was perfect for family meals. The kitchen and furnishings were comfortable but dated. The cookware was impossible, so bring your own if you like to cook. That and the cleanliness was the negative issue for us. It was not well cleaned, which is more a reflection of the cleaning people. The Hot Tub was not usable . The outdoor play area was very nice for the grandkids.

It was amazing how kid friendly this place was! From all of the video games to the jungle gym outside and the board games.

We chose this property for our family reunion. The location was fabulous. We had family traveling from Kauai, California and Denver area. The home had plenty of space to gather as a group or enjoy your own quiet space. Property has a large kitchen/dining room for family dinners. Our family enjoyed the game room (darts, pool table, video games) and outdoor space with BBQ, deck and hot tub. There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to accommodate us all. Nice Laundry facilities. The location is beautiful and we had easy access to white water rafting, hiking, biking and close the downtown…which has so many things to check out. Also you must visit Iron Mountain Hot Springs. We hope to be able to visit again. The only recommendation i would make would be to add/update to the workout/gym equipment in the fitness room.

House was easy to access. Kitchen had all the essentials. The hot tub, movie room and game room were big hits. Lots of space. Host was responsive. While the location was nice and private, needed to drive to get places. Not conducive to walking or biking directly from the location.

This was an amazing home with something for everyone! The game room, hot tub and theatre room was such a hit for my family! The layout of the floor plan sure worked for all of us!

Our family had a great time staying at this house. There were lots of things to do from the game room, to the theatre, to the hot tub, to the play place! We had a great family trip! Thanks for sharing the house with us!

Plenty of room for a family weekend with 13. Nice quiet location. Only about 15 minute drive from train station.

The property was beautiful and my whole family was very comfortable with plenty of space. There were a few things that we all feel should be changed or looked into. 1. Both of the garbage cans were very full when we arrived and we fill they should’ve been emptied before we arrived.2. The hot tub was very cloudy and was not cleaned until about the 3rd or 4th day there. 3. The sofa bed in the media room was very uncomfortable. My daughter slept on it and she felt every spring.4. The guest room right across from staircase that has a king bed it was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs a new mattress. 5. The dryer is very loud and you have to dry your clothes 3 times before they are dry. Other then those things the place was very spacious for all 14 of us and we were close to amenities in the Glenwood Springs area.

We stayed at this house during our 9th grade trip. The house had all of the space and amenities we needed. We were able to prepare large meals, though the dining space was small for our group size. We were 15 minutes away from all of our activities, which was nice.

Good spot between Glenwood Springs and Sunlight Mountain! Pros: Big house. Game and theatre rooms. Hot tub. Gas fireplace. Garage and driveway. Plenty of towels and dishes for a big group. Host communication. Cons: Dark and divided inside (not open concept). Missing the advertised board games. Quality of toiletries. Uncomfortable sofa bed.

We loved our stay at this house! It fit 13 cousins perfectly - we found that the house had even more space than we anticipated from the listing pictures. The movie theater room was a great bonus for watching the Super Bowl. The owners were easy to get a hold of with our quick question or two. We all agreed we’d be excited to stay again!

We loved the game room, hot tub, workout room, and proximity to Sunlight mountain. Kitchen and dining space accommodated 11.

Great place to stay our family really enjoyed the game room pool foosball Pac-Man and darts was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy one another's company. House was very clean and had all the supplies that we needed during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious vacation rental! The house was beautifully laid out with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the fantastic movie room—it was perfect for cozy evenings after a day of exploring. The location was also ideal, close to all the hot springs and a variety of great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The bedding wasn't very comfortable, and the kitchen could be better stocked with essentials like cups, plates, and other necessities. With a few small updates, this place would be absolutely perfect. Overall, we still had a fantastic time and would consider staying here again!

The perfect place for our family get together. Everything we needed, and didn't know we needed, was available. The game room was a hit for all ages, and the movie room was absolutely wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for a family gathering, and Kenny is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back to this or his other nearby spots!

There were 14 of us staying at this house. We had plenty of room so it never felt crowded. The kids loved the game room and the hot tub. We also had a bear wonder through the property our last night there. If you have a bigger group this is a great house to stay in. It is much quieter than being closer to town. I’m sure we will try to stay at this house again!

Our family of 12 had a great time in this house! We didn’t want for anything, and we’re very pleased with the house. I would strongly suggest that they replace the mattress on the pullout bed in the theater, it is ridiculously old and cannot be slept on. Other than that, Everything was just fabulous!

We had a large group of family members staying here for a family celebration and it was the perfect place to be. Very private location and very clean.
