The White House 3 Bedroom home in great location

Brad was very helpful and kind. The house was cozy and just what we wanted/needed. We enjoyed our stay here.

The property owner was very responsive and was able to let us check in early on our arrival. He was there whenever there was a question or concern. I will definitely do business with him again. We are fairly frequent travelers to this area due to our family being up here so it is nice to find someplace to stay that can make travelling feel a little more like home.

GREAT place to stay! Close to everything in Sgt Bluff and Sioux City. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store within 2 min drive and many restaurants and shopping within 5 - 10 min. Great attentive host!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional Host! Always available if something is needed.Great stay for my family including adult kids and grandkids. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. So much better than staying at a hotel. Everything one would need shopping or eating wise is within 10 minutes or less driving time.

Very clean and comfortable! Received code to door morning of arrival and neighborhood was generally quiet. There is a car wash next door but it didn't bother us! A big thank you for the use and ease of use of this home.

Nice home in a nice location. We were in town for a Sioux City Musketeers Futures camp and were only 10 minutes away from those events. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sioux City.

The property was great. Easy to access from the interstate. Well organized. Had everything needed. Great communication with the property manager - answered all my questions before and after booking. We were able to bring our two family dogs with us - the main reason we booked this property.

The description is on point, and more than satisfied our needs for our stay. Since we come to the area often, we'll most likely be booking this listing again. Love the pet friendliness of the place. It is modernized but I loved the old family homestead feel you can see and hear throughout the house. Every place we needed to go was within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

Great location, great stay, great property.

Overall this is a nice place to stay and if you need 3 bedrooms and/or if you have pets, this is a very good value. The house was clean and just as described. The reason for less than five stars overall is that the bathroom towels are stained from use and pretty worn out in general. One towel had a 3 circle that is thread bare. We ran to the store and bought some towels that we are happy to bring home, and used them after the first day. On a 95 degree day, the air conditioner takes about an hour and a half to cool one degree. The doors had been closed for a couple of hours and we weren't using any appliances but it hadn't cooled any, so I texted Brand. Brad suggested getting the box fan out of the bedroom and putting by the register to help cool the house. This did help. Just be aware that you will need to be patient with the air conditioning. We found the sheets to be super scratchy, but that is probably personal preference. We just slept on top of the comforter and it was fine.

Overall the house was awesome. Everyone had a bedroom which was great for us. The back porch provided storage for our cooler and for my son's goalie mask dryer. The living room was nice but the kitchen is where we really spent what time we had at the house, with being in Sioux City for a hockey camp. The bedrooms were spacious as well with each having their own closet. They also had 2 sets of blinds on them that helped provide privacy, which was super nice and thoughtful. All in all i would definitely recommend staying here and i would even stay here again.

This house served us well for our visit. Close to interstate to get to our activites quickly in Souix City. House is kept clean.
