Stayed Nov 22, 2023We actually stayed in the Maroon 5 house. 1st time renting a house for a 4 night stay for 5 people. Loved the kitchen, well stocked with kitchen supplies. Our favorite part of the house was the huge open living room in the basement. I would rent this house again.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023We did a group golf trip and stayed in two of Brad’s properties near each other. Houses were nice, area felt safe. We probably would have preferred a larger home for all of us but the short term rental market in Sioux City area has limited offerings. So Brad’s properties were wonderful rather than staying in the hotel at the casino nearby. Thanks Brad!

Stayed Feb 18, 2023This was my second time staying in this house. It is a great option for a family who wants to stay together in the Sergeant Bluff/Sioux City area. This last visit was for a family funeral and we liked being together in a comfortable setting. It is easy to get around with some great amenities and food options nearby. Brad is always easy to communicate with. I recommend it.
