The host was extremely easy to communicate with and arrival & departure instructions simple. The house was very clean. The layout was different. The only sitting area/den was downstairs, so finding a place for morning coffee to not disturb anyone was not very convenient. Although the house was cute and clean, the neighborhood was a bit rundown.

Property was nice and suited our family well. Centrally located in Franklin. Owners were responsive and very easy to work with!

Super cute place. Lots of room. No issues with the neighbors or neighborhood. Perfect location for a Franklin/Nashville getaway. Host only asked we take out our trash for checkout which makes it way easier. Would stay again for sure.

Such a great house that is well maintained. There were a couple instances where we had to be mindful about one of the neighbors using profanity within an earshot of us/kids. While out of the homeowners control, something to consider. Would recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay in this house but didn't love the immediate neighborhood. The kitchen was functional, the upstairs bedrooms were nice, and the TV area was very comfortable. The back yard was not completely secure for dogs (the gate was on a hill and would come open on its own), and the neighbor's dog barked constantly when outside, so it was a little hard to be there with our dogs.

The White Goose Cottage is a really quality updated/renovated raised ranch in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Franklin. It served our purposes perfectly - two families with younger kids in town to visit relatives in the area.The house was very clean and well apportioned. The pictures do not do the interior justice - it's a cool mix of classic and contemporary aesthetics. The beds were all very comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and towels, and lots of games for families to play downstairs.I would note that the neighborhood itself wasn't necessarily as walkable as we'd thought it would be. No sidewalks and a bit of a hike to The Factory. Neighbors were friendly, but there were a few loose dogs down the street and my brother-in-law got chased and nipped by a dog while out on a late morning run. The house itself was amazing, and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

White goose cottage was a wonderful property for our cozy bachelorette weekend. Tons of space, clean home, lots of fun spaces to use and gather as a group. Host was so responsive and wonderful to work with. The property is very convenient to downtown Franklin and only 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Nashville. It exceeded our expectations and we would 10/10 recommend!

The small cottage was surprisingly roomie for the space. The hosts have done a nice job maximizing space. There were some missed details in cleanliness for our stay. However, overall it was a nice place to stay.
