Charming duplex apartment south facing, in a century old family house, stone tufa, typical of Touraine.
This apartment on the first floor of the house, under the ancient beams, has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 + cot. The decor is neat, very cozy. You have a private parking and a small enclosed garden next to the parking.
At the edge of fields 3km from the village. The village touches the city of Chenonceaux, built on a bridge of Cher. In the village, a supervised beach allows rest, tanning andswimming. There is also a municipal swimming pool for sporty naguers.
The road access from home is easy, by roads redone and motorway exit 1 km from the village.
