PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The Wee House is a perfect base to explore the Rosses and the North West Donegal Wild Atlantic Way.
The Wee House is a cozy romantic couples retreat, that is comfortably furnished with a fully fitted kitchen and a small dinning area. Upstairs there is a super king size bed to sleep soundly on with Luxury bedding.
After a busy day exploring come home and unwind by taking a shower using your complimentary Organic toiletries and grab one ofthe fluffy White Company bath robes and slippers and make your way down to a real log fire. Pop on a movie from the free Netflix and unwind with a glass of our complementary Wine or Procescco which will be in your gift pack. Or just settle with a good book, play board games or attempt a jigsaw.
OUTDOOR AREA
Pop out and enjoy cooking up on the BBQ grill in the little patio area for those sunny days or if it turns cooler, wrap up in one of the blankets and watch the stars.

Guest amenities include , beach towels, kitchen basics.
Parking is available in the driveway. A washing machine and tumble dryer and an outside drying line, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, board games, outside blankets, dressing gowns, bedding, towels, walking maps, and Logs for your first fire.
We live next to The Wee House so we are easily reached at anytime, but we respect your privacy and will not bother you unless asked.
This is a NO smoking and No vape property.
LOCATION
The Wee House is situated in a quiet location and is beside our main house but it is not on looked. The Wee house is conveniently located just steps aways (200 m) from the sandy Mullaghderg Beach which is a conservation area. The Beach is ideal for walking and it also hosts the Swimming Strand which is an ideal place to take a dip if the weather suits. Stunning views of the North Atlantic and incredible sun sets can be enjoyed from many points at Mullaghderg Strand. And if you're lucky Dolphins can be spotted.
The Rosses have a historic and rich culture of art and music with artists such as Enya, Clannad and Daniel O'Donnell coming from the area.
The Rosses offer some of the best Angling in Europe with a multitude types of fishing from Sea or Game Angling.
If Golfing is your past time there are 10 Golf courses with in one hours drive providing a selection of some of the finest links and parkland courses in the County.
For Restaurants there is Danny Minnies (booking in advance is advised) or for the best plate of Scampi in my opinion head to Caisleain Oir Hotel where they have an extensive menu of hearty family Meals. Leo's Tavern is 15 mins drive away which offers local bar food and is also the home of Enya and Clannad. Or head to Kincasslagh to the Viking House to enjoy traditional meals and a pint or two or Iggy's Bar for a Guinness.
The town of Dungloe is a 20 mins drive away and offers a wide selection of shopping such a Lidls, Aldis and Super Valu for groceries. The Cope general store offers retails shopping as well as groceries. There is also a wide selection of Restaurants, Cafes and carry outs in the town. There is a local tourist information centre available. Fishing permits can be obtained from Bonners souvenirs on the Main Street.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROPERTY
Your rental will be cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all comforts of a fine hotel, including Organic shampoo, soaps and products. Bathrobes from The White Company and slippers with luxury towels, and linens. Your home will include a detailed book providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access, TV instructions, and more.
If you need anything at all before, during, or after your stay, we are available 24/7 and always ready to help!
Although we love pets I am sorry to say that we do not allow them in our Holiday Homes.
Check out is 10am and Check in is 4pm, we must be strict with this.
HOUSE RULES
No Stag/Hen Parties or Events to be held at the Holiday Homes. We would like guests to treat the home with the respect and leave it in the condition they found the house in when they arrived.
PETS
Although we love pets I am sorry to say that we do not allow them in our Holiday Homes.
SMOKING
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy on all our properties.
