Situated in a quiet country lane, this 100 year farmhouse is perfectly situated to enjoy a peaceful and idyllic stay. It’s surrounded by working farms for sheep. The owner very kindly let me hold a lamb for a photo. We found the farmhouse to be very comfortable, turf provided for the fire! Bread, milk, butter and biscuits available on arrival. We chose it as it’s location is superb for exploring the wealth of stunning beaches, historic sites, forest walks and scenery Donegal has to offer. It was lovely to be able to share this with our dog. Would love to return

What a great experience! Lovely home right in the countryside but a 10 min walk to a very cozy pub. Loved this place. Great location within county Donegal as well. Can get anywhere in the county in about 90 min or less. Very safe, very quiet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staying in this home was exactly what we needed. We were looking to explore Donegal and this centrally located farmhouse was right in the middle of it. We were within an hour or so of most of the destinations we wanted to get to.We were interested in hiking in the Glenveagh national park and our host gave us an encyclopedia of information about the area and different places to go and visit, as well as how to get there from a local perspective. He definitely went above and beyond!Communication was easy and seamless. Check-in was exactly as expected. It was a cozy house and a lovely stay.

Lovely little cottage. Well-equipped with thoughtful touches. Perfect for a get-away in beautiful natural surroundings. Weather was wild but that added to the experience.

I cannot imagine a more perfect experience than Michael and Bridget’s beautiful farmhouse! They were both spectacular hosts. The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable … and just a quick walk to the Glenveigh Inn for a pint. O nice for them to have set us up with some coffee, tea, and milk. The region is spectacularly beautiful. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, cozy cottage in a peaceful location provides a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The owners provided excellent local knowledge and recommendations which helped enhance our holiday. Clean and welcoming this cottage was well equipped for my family with a young child. I would recommend this property highly.

Good accommodation for exploring the north of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Cozy little house, clean and equipped with everything you need for a few days. Good communication with the hosts. I will book it again in case I will visit the area once more.
