We love that there are two living rooms. One has a TV for those who want to watch and the other has a great view for those who prefer not to be in a room with a TV. The kitchen is well equipped. It is a short walk to the beach.

The communal setting of this house make it relaxing and fun so many things to do in the santa.cruz area. One main issue, the stairs are very dark and dangerous at night.there is no outlet to plug in a night light in the upstairs hall. The deck does not have a railing which is not safe for small children.

There was a baseball game we really wanted to see but after an hour of attempting to connect NO SUCCESS. Please have more details in the home folder.

After the 2023 trip I asked my family if they wanted to rebook or try something new, and unanimously they said rebook.Location is key. The property is as represented in the pics and posting. Its comfortable and we had many a meal for 10 and multiple game nights. The kitchen is well equipped. I did bring a drink cooler the 2nd year as the fridge isn't large. Every kitchen doodad and doohicky is there for whipping up a meal. Did I mention the beach? Its right there. Will definitely book again!

The house was perfect for us with enough bedrooms and living space to give us room to spread out but also gather for games and meals. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The best part was the deck annd the view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.
