Stayed Jan 14, 2026The property was great and had everything we needed. Walking distance to several restaurants, coffee, shops, shopping…. Parking is a little tight, but that’s standard standard for downtown Charleston.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Would highly recommend this stay. Easy walk to all of the bars/restaurants on King St and very conveniently located. This house had everything we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Communicative host, however, there were quite a few issues. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our trip, the washer was covered with black mold (they came to clean it once asked, but after doing a load of laundry I found out the washer doesn’t drain properly anyways), the ACs didn’t cool easily/the living room split unit leaked the entire trip and the showers had poor water pressure. Host was able to organize an early check in (by two hours) after months of me asking, but charged 170. Would not book this rental again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We took an adult trip with 2 other couples.This place was perfect with 3 king beds and 3 baths. Check in was easy, I love that I had the option to pre buy drinks and snacks and they were there when we arrived! Parking was tight. We had a minivan and a great driver, so it wasn’t horrible, but yes tight.Location was perfect. The place was so clean and accurately described.The property management company was quick to reply with any questions I had.Great pick!

Stayed Sep 11, 2024Loved the property. However, 4 of the 5 were 85. We did not understand that we rented an upstairs. We thought it was the whole house. Managing the stairs was a big issue with luggage. In addition, we could only park one car and kept another car in the garage. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Would not be an issue if we had not had an age factor.
