Stayed Dec 29, 2024Our stay was better than expected! The property was perfect for our New Years celebration with friends. Each couple had their own bed room with ensuite bathroom, the mattresses were amazingly comfortable, made for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was spacious and easily accommodated our large group that did a lot of food prep and meal cooking. Loved the open concept and timer on the gas fireplace (genius!!). The basement was spacious enough to play cornhole and loved the pool table and hang out space. If it was warmer, we would have hung out on the front porch, but it was a bit too cold. The parking allowed for 5 cars/trucks to park easily, over flow went down the road. Easy walk into town. Our collective suggestion for a better stay would be a few larger cutting boards, a whisk and a second coat rack. 10 people in the winter have a lot of cold weather gear. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Storehouse. The house was comfortable for 11 people (8 adults and 3 children) and well thought out. There were so many personal touches and comfort items that really made the property special, not to mention the amazing history of the house. Beds/linens: very comfortable and plenty of extra. Even the air mattress! Towels: excellent quality, plenty of extra. Grateful to have the beach towels. We used many times. House layout: Perfect for four families. Having all the extra bathrooms was a HUGE perk. Bathrooms: beautiful bathrooms with good water pressure and temperature Laundry: loved having two laundry areas with stocked detergent, dryer sheets, etc Kitchen: WOW! So well stocked and easy for all of us to move around in. We only did a little cooking but found everything we needed. Outdoor items: we used the beach mats and umbrellas several times. Didn’t use the yard games but it was great that they were available. We used the porch seating almost every night. Location: Phenomenal. Can’t beat the three block walk to the beach and proximity to downtown Charlevoix. We were also within one hour of many destinations including Traverse City wineries, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinac island, and Boyne Mountain Resort. We had plenty of parking up to 4 cars. Communication: communication with the host was seamless and timely. Don't hesitate to book this amazing house!! Thank you Elliott!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We had an amazing time staying at the Storehouse in Charlevoix. The home was very well thought out from the amazing kitchen, huge dining table to an unbelievable finished basement with both a pool table and a ping pong table. Every bedroom had a full bathroom and their was washer and dryers on both floors. We loved that it was only one block to Michigan beach and just a few blocks to downtown Charlevoix and Round Lake! We will be staying here again!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The home was amazing. Plenty of room to spread out. The hosts were so great. They even went so far as to bring over a baby pool for the children. They loved it. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024My family and I had a great time in this beautiful home. Very cool details and vibe, this was a former general store and the owners did an amazing job turning it into a vacation home. It’s close to the beach and town. We had a rainy, cold day but didn’t mind the extra time hanging out playing pool and ping-pong in the basement game room. Definitely recommend staying here!
