Stayed Dec 7, 2025I loved my week at The Shack. It is so close to the beach which was a great place for walks. I needed a week's peaceful retreat and this is just what I got - had a great time recharging my battery. Long Beach has wonderful restaurants and shops. I also greatly enjoyed the Discover Trail and rode my bicycle up to the North Head lighthouse. Even during rainy season, Long Beach and The Shack were great destinations!!

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Beach house was exactly as advertised. My teen had a blast in the little bunkhouse/game room. Peaceful little house with large oitdoor area. We loved having fires in the fire pit, playing pool and relaxing. Beach access is right down the road. Touristy towns just a few min away.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Gorgeous, well thought out property. Fun and surprises around every corner, from the loft with the most expansive video and game library to the garage that houses the pool/foosball table . Then there's the firepit with faery lights, which has such a magical feel. The main house, well, Ill just say I would live there if I could.
