We loved this little getaway! Clean house, great views, easy walk to the beach (big bonus for the private beach access!). April was very helpful and quick to reply! Our family had a great stay. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay and the owners were very communicative! Easy check-in and check-out process. The walk to the beach was short and well marked. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean!

This is our second time staying at th Sandy Bucket. It’s a great property. Private beach access trail. Awesome view of the Gulf. Privacy due to one acre lot and at the quieter east end. Close to state park. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Our host was super responsive and helpful. We had a great time! One thing to note. The windows can’t be opened due to others not ensuring they are closed before departing. This was the ONLY downside. Being from Michigan where we spend 7-8 months out of the year holed up inside, having a fresh breeze and hearing the ocean waves from inside would be nice but luckily we had phenomenal weather and just stayed out on the deck a lot to take in the ocean air. The owner does specify this very clearly in the pre-rental info so we knew this going in. Outside of this it’s a fantastic rental on a a truly spectacular island!

There was one tee towel in kitchen, two pot holders, No spices other than salt or pepper. House said it fit 10. It felt crowded with my family of 6. We are used to renting the big houses on bay though. It was a great walk to beach. Gorrie does not go through this area so the street is sand. It's safe for kids to cross. The house is directly across the street from beach. We had some AC issues but April had it fixed within the hour. It got hot and I couldn't turn it off. Her hubby had to from an app. Everything is done by app now lol. We had fun it's a cute house, nice easy walk to beach. There is a regular coffee pot, and a kurig.

We loved the house, view of the gulf and proximity to the beach. Loved riding bikes on the trail. St George us a lovely beach community.

Uncrowded beaches was the best part of the trip!

This house has everything we were looking for: awesome view, comfort, enough space for our group of 6, peaceful surroundings and more. We really enjoyed sitting out on the large deck and the very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach vacation. The house was almost waterfront and a very easy walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable. The balcony was great for morning coffee and gated to keep the dog in. The beach was amazing.

Exactly as described and loved the proximity to the beach away from any crowds.

Location was good. Although it wasn’t beachfront but nice views from the porch, no street to cross and a good walking path to the beach. You could tell the owners have remodeled and put some cute decor in it. However, we did have a few roaches, the dishes were dirty and there was a water leak under French doors on second bedroom.
