The Redbud - A PMI Scenic City Vacation Rental

Great location. Very clean property with beautiful updates.

My host was wonderful. The house was great in a good location. A problem was ants in the bathroom. The house sleeps six and there were only three forks. Small problems for a great experience.

Excellent communication with host. The property was smack dab in the center of all we had planned. I would definitely rent this space again. There was a small issue of sugar ants on a counter in the kitchen, we contacted the property manager and they were willing to have cleaners come out immediately. We deferred this solution, so management refunded our cleaning fee.

The property was close to many attractions. It was updated and very comfortable. A great place to spend some time while in Chattanooga.

This was a very convenient location. We enjoyed Rock City all adorned with Fall colors our first evening and exploring Chattanooga other days. Walkable to little St. Elmo area with a lot of cafes, ice cream and food options. The house was very well suited for the 5 of us with ample space to enjoy meals, cook and just hang out together. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch. Really nice primary bedroom and spa like bathroom.

The house was a great spot and we were within minutes of everything we wanted to do. We stayed here with our grandkids and it was perfect… well stocked with items to cook with if you wanted to cook! Cute place and CLEAN

Chattanooga is a beautiful vacation destination! And this location was very close to all the things we wanted to see.

Lovely property. Very clean. The house was perfectly located near all of the tourist sites that we visited. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. We traveled with our pets and they enjoyed the nice yard.

Our stay in this house was great. We had 3 adults and 3 kids under six years old. The two older kids slept easily on the trundle bed while our youngest slept in a pack in play in a cracked closet in the master bedroom. The house was really clean and stocked with everything we needed. Check in and out was also very easy. The location is perfect as it is a very short drive to downtown Chattanooga and right at the base of Lookout Mountain. It’s also very close to St Elmo’s where you can get ice cream, restaurants, or grocery store. Would definitely stay at again and recommend to others.

We were referred to this house by family members who have stayed here multiple times, so we knew in advance it was going to be perfect for my wife and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and our son. Could not have asked for a better accommodations.

The home was as advertised. Very well stocked, better than average furnishings and condition, and a great St Elmo location right next to all that Lookout Mountain offered. Our trip was a rain-soaked one but the house was great. Super responsive host too.

Outside needs better maintenance. House overall was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood but not really near downtown Chattanooga. But it was an easy drive to all the sights and attractions.

We spent a weekend with family - meeting in the middle in Chattanooga. The Redbud was a perfect home for us and could not have been better!

This house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Located very close to the base of the incline railway. A greenway right behind the house made walking to restaurants and grocery store easy. One small drawback is that the bedrooms are small. The living area was roomy and well equipped. We all thought the house was a winner!

Very clean, updated and spacious. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

I was up for a softball tournament. House was just twelve min from the fields and a ten minute drive to downtown. It was also right at the base of the mountain. House was very nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and furniture. I would certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Redbud. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We would highly recommend it and will be back!

Location is ideal! Situated in a neighborhood at the base of Lookout Mountain and highly convenient to everything--Rocky City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railway and fantastic restaurants. We really appreciated access to the walking trail from the backyard and walked to dinner & Clumpies Ice Cream. Drive to Downtown Chatanooga, was less than 10 minutes to even more amazing restaurants--we loved Mellow Mushroom & The Feed Co. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10! Beds were very comfortable and linens high quality. Communication with the property manager was timely, cordial, and very helpful. Thanks for a relaxing week. We hope to return again next year.
